We boarded a healthy kitten with them for 5 days. When we picked up our kitten, they gave her back to us dehydrated, vomiting and with blood in her stool. It’s been horrible for not only my kitty but also for us since we picked her up. We’re waiting for lab results and trying to get our kitten feeling better but she is very unwell. Not to mention that Dee is unhelpful and very rude. We should have never ever boarded her with Dees rescue. If you don’t want a sick pet and a 1300 dollar vet bill I highly suggest that you DO NOT GO HERE!

I have read several comments about Dee having attitude and being rude. Well, I must admit she comes off strong, but if you don’t really like her attitude, then just wait those 3 months to hopefully get in with the Vet.
Dee took care of us, we’re Mexican and she was the same with every other customer. So, to allude to her being racist, is crazy. She is equal opportunity for everyone. If you ask for advice, oh she’ll give it to you, just don’t be upset with what you’re given.
Thank you, Dee.

Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. From the start, we didn’t feel welcomed. We came with genuine interest and excitement about potentially bringing a pet into our family, but the tone and treatment we received were disheartening. When we asked about the animals, Dee mentioned she would show them to us but repeatedly gave excuses instead—saying we lived too far away, that my child was too young for a small puppy, and other vague reasons.
It left us wondering if there were other underlying reasons for the way we were treated. Whether intentional or not, it made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. As a business owner, especially one dealing with families and pets, it’s important to treat everyone with warmth and fairness. If running this type of business feels like too much, perhaps it’s worth considering another direction.
The environment also wasn’t very clean or inviting, which added to the overall poor experience. As customers, we expected a welcoming, professional atmosphere, and unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case

a very rude person, lack of knowledge, She showed to be very apathetic with my animals, he is not really interested in helping the animals and it is obvious that he only does it for money, if anyone plans to make a donation DON'T DO IT please, look for others places or yourselves find a place for your animals on Fb, she personally suggested that I should practice euthanasia for my two 2-month-old puppies, someone from the county should take action and carry out an inspection at that place.

Dee is the most loving, caring, animal lover I know. I take my Pepe there and wouldn't dream of taking him any place else. He loves it there. I love the care they give and the prices are fantastic.

I called asking if they had space for 2 kittens and she instead of giving me options or who to call she suggested euthanasia or kicking them out to the street to "fend for themselves" very rude and out of touch, I hope they cut her funding soon if she's asking for any.

If anyone is considering going to this rescue, please take a pet with you. They are in such an unhealthy environment! Recently rescued a kitten from here and OMG it was heartbreaking. The room where the kittens are kept is disgusting! Dirty, smells horrible, there was no ventilation and Dee was a bit rude too. The kitten I took was “one of the healthy ones” (as she stated). Paid the $50 and it’s now tuned into $552 in vet fees and still adding up waiting for a tooth removal surgery. The kitten (approximately 6-7 months) had an upper respiratory infection, ear infection, severe gingivitis, periodontal disease, tooth decay AND root exposure. She got my other two cats sick too. I don’t regret rescuing the kitten, but those “healthy” ones are not truly healthy so please be aware if you decide to rescue a pet and have pets at home already.
