The owner just ripped off my son with $45 for checking a fused n her worker told her not to charge him, but she threatened him to pay or she was gonna call the cops n she took a pic of him n his a minor!! 🤦🏻♂️ terrible!!

Bad customer service, I don’t know if she’s the owner or the lady just runs the place. she is super rude, knows very little about audio systems. Make yourself a favor and avoid taking your car there!

The rudest lady. don't get fouled by the young guy who works for them. he messes with your car so then they can charge you. he pretends to be nice but he is same as the lady. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Absolutely horrible business. Owner is extremely rude and difficult to work with. We had set up an appointment as I had an issue with my Smart Start IID. Completely unprofessional and charged us extra for a service that was not agreed upon. Avoid this business at all costs unless you are some sort of m******** who likes to get yelled at by a foul mouther older lady. 0/5 stars

I took my car to get my system hooked up and they did a sorry job on it they did not ground it properly when I give my car gas it makes a humming noise all the wires they put are garbage did not run any of the wiring through the firewall not satisfied with there work at all......

Awful installation.They took a very long time to complete the installation, only to have the system rattle and sound like tin cans. The rear speakers were improperly mounted and there's a loose screw. The person doing the installation must have been blind or not cared about the job. I dont even want to know how the front speakers ended up because they destroyed my factory speakers. Now I can't reverse the terrible job they did. Would not recommend to anyone. They scratched up and damaged my front dash. You can see where they jammed a screw driver into the panels to pop them out.These are not professionals, just amateurs that will ruin your car and take your money.I paid over 450 dollars for a $120 stereo, $50 front speakers, and $50 rear speakers. The rest for a long and awful installation.Do not bring your car into discount stereo.

After reading all the reviews i still decided to give it at try. Install was good and clean., No issues so far. Installed a sub, amp and epicenter. Price is fair. Customer service is very straight forward, not the best. Its a business, not a chatting place. I believe at least 50% of the negative reviews are to guide customers to other business in town. Not cool.

Think twice before going here for ANYTHING!! I needed a car stereo that could hold my Bluetooth Samsung cell phone, the unit in the Camry was old and, 2009, and kept dropping the signal on trips. So, I thought of staying local and what a . . . . H U G E M I S T A K E !! Picked out the stereo for installation, not bad $500, then asked for a CD player, price jumped to $700, but that was my choice. Then the BS started, I asked about making sure the steering wheel buttons were hooked up to the new unit. That was an extra charge for a module, $150. So the unit was installed. Then I was backing out from the business, and noticed the back up camera wasn't working. So I went back into the store and asked about it, guess what? The rude, get in you face female sales person says, "OH! How am I to know you wanted the back up camera to work, YOU DIDN'T TELL ME! I can't read you mind! Considering the camera worked before, it was already installed, the business didn't offer any insight that the camera would be an issue. That was another module that needed to be hooked up, that was another charge, $150. I went to have that new module installed, and since the unit was coming out AGAIN, I had XM Radio installed, that was another $200. Then the installer couldn't get the backup camera module to work, that was almost 2 hours of waiting. So going home, I attempted to work the steering wheel buttons and now they didn't work! So, I had to go back AGAIN to the shop, and the installer had blown the fuse. When I approached the sales person about it, she "Blew it off" saying, "This is not my fault, something happened, and they found the fuse had to be replaced. So, I had to wait another 7 days to get in another module for the backup camera. When I went back in, it was another hour and thirty minutes to wait for the installer to "Get it Right" this time. I ended up going back to this inept business 5 separate times to finally get the unit(s) installed correctly. My original price range of about $700-800 was blown out of the water. The sales person (a 65 y/o woman) was rude, in your face and about as unprofessional as I have ever been treated considering by the time this was done and over with, I was about $1100+ into this stereo. And do you think I even got a thank you for your business, think again. The most encouraging words I received from the sales female was, "OK, here is your charge, sign here (not even a please)! But, I did get receipts, about 8 of them. Beware of this business, if you have the option to go somewhere else, please do it! Save yourself the stress, the hassle and drama that I went through!!
