Wanted to switch from Tello to T Mobiles Magenta plan. Was greeted by all three employees. A girl with a great smile volunteered to be the one to help make the switch for me. Her name is Nancy and she ROKKS at her job. I had to do very little...she handled pretty much the entire process. It felt great to walk out and having accomplished the plan I walked into the store with.
Many of you reading this know that this is hardly the norm anymore. Most of these places have staff who simply don't care who you are or what your issue might be. It was great to feel like I mattered. Thank you very much Nancy!!! You rokked!”

“After reading all the reviews i still decided to give it at try. Install was good and clean., No issues so far. Installed a sub, amp and epicenter. Price is fair. Customer service is very straight forward, not the best. Its a business, not a chatting place. I believe at least 50% of the negative reviews are to guide customers to other business in town. Not cool.”
“Found across the 0arking lot from Aldi's in El Centro, Ca. I liked that the agent greeted us upon walking in and asked for my address. Apparently, Verizon doesn't have complete service in the city. Unfortunately, my address is in an area not yet covered. So the young lady saved me from having to wait at the back of line, only to be told 'we don't service that area yet' .I wish I would of asked her name to say thank you.”
