I have visited before and there is one guy in specific that is very helpful but he wasn't there when I went this time. I went in and I was approached by a young woman and she asked if I needed help and I proceeded to tell her what I was looking for and if she could suggest anything in particular. She told me she didn't know and that I should look online and check out the reviews for different products. I feel that anywhere you work you should have some knowledge of the products you are selling or attempt to get information on it. I dont believe she was new, she didnt seem like it but I could be wrong. But if you're going to work in an environment like this I feel workers should have a general idea of the products in the store.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They get an A plus on that. I encourage you to ask them questions as they are honest and not trying to make a quick dollar but trying to help you find what you want. They do what they do very well. They are also very patient with their customers, asking them questions to see what best fits their needs.
