  The manager and assistant are shady my buddy has been trying to get a house for almost a year and has been giving him the run-around ignoring his calls telling him he can go look for houses then tell him they made a mistake and he didn't qualify then he was qualifed and was again he has more than enough to buy a house but now he needs a cosigner something's up they won't return calls but if you driving by after hours you can see them in there there is more but I know it's not going to change things so adieu

  Lisa Winkler helped us with the purchase of our first home a few years back. The processes was seamless and she was in constant communication with us along the way. We were so surprised how easy it was because all we had heard was that buying a house was such a pain. Because the interest rates have been so low, we recently decided to contact her again to talk about refinancing our home. Lisa was able to get us a great rate (even lower than she had thought we were going to get) and again, she has blown us away. We had an appraiser at our house just a few days after initiating the process and we are due to close soon. We would not hesitate to recommend Lisa for any of your loan needs.

  I would never recommend using Sandra Valenzuela. She persisted that she do our personal home loan and made promises she never intended to keep. She acted selfishly and never considered us and how we would be effected. Our loan was for her benefit only. When I confronted her after we closed escrow she had her dad call me to handle the situation. I was besides myself. I thought I was dealing with an adult throughout this adult transaction. Unfortunately I was very mistaken. She has avoided me and has never tried to make the situation right. Very disappointing to say the least.
