Horrible Customer Service tbh. The lady there talks to people in such a derogatory way. Her body language towards people and the way she can care less about her client with a reservation and getting there and finding no car is astonishingly disrespectful. On the phone is the same thing with tbe old man working there too. The only person who was always amiable and kind was a young man working there. But the lady, even though she needs the job, if she doesn’t like her job, she should find something that makes her happy or at least some other job that doesn’t make her be such a bad mood that makes her treat people in such a way. Or maybe HERTZ should prepare better your workes idk. Something. I understand that at work there’s some situations they can not control, but that doesn’t give them the right to treat people like that.

Imperial hertz group r great very polite, courteous, helpful the rates are decent. Customer service is in there.

Horrible service . No understanding of transactions . All cars not washed ? Over an hour to get rental that we just took back after 30 minutes & still charged $73 for a day - rediculous
