Followed around the store by multiple associates including the assistant store manager while looking for washers and bolts.
Submitted a request to speak to a company representative that went unanswered. Will just be avoiding the chain.

Stopped in today because I usually have a great experience at Ace Hardware stores. However, the service at checkout was less than satisfactory. The cashiers seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to complete my transaction. The cashier that helped me (I believe her name was Tina) barely even acknowledged me and was on her phone while I was waiting in line. All around very unprofessional.
On the plus side, the salesmen on the floor were very helpful and attentive. I think Ramon was the name of the young man that offered me assistance, and he made sure to answer all my questions and ensure I had exactly what I needed.

Store is nice and clean compared to others but their WEBSITE needs work. Searched for Kennels ( as in dog kennels ), and it was showing me Milwaukee Pack Outs ( tools )..

I love shopping at Ace. Always so clean and pleasantly quiet for a hardware store. I especially enjoy my favorite employee there and his name is Vaughn Garcia. Thanks for all your help young man. He never complains about anything I need to know about. He's very helpful in his department.
