KC Welding & Rentals is a business that offers a wide range of services and products. According to the reviews, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent attention to customers both over the phone and in-person. The business has a good assortment of items, including chainsaw rentals and Red Wing boots.
While the reviews praise the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers, even when they were unable to fix a specific issue, the prices at KC Welding & Rentals are described as "extremely expensive." One customer noted that a simple purchase of battery terminals and a copper ring cost them $37.41.
Overall, the reviews suggest that KC Welding & Rentals is a reliable and customer-focused business, but customers should be prepared for potentially high prices for the services and products offered.
Great customer service provided by Patrick, fixed my wood chipper machine. Gave me a quick run down on how to maintain my machine. Will be back with other projects for repairs.
