Place is clean and super busy on the weekend, which is a good sign, so I tried it. No appointment needed, especially on a weekday when it’s not so busy, so I was seen right away. I like the message chairs and the prices were good.I gave three stars because I thought the lady who did my nails rushed. My big toe nails were not straight. She asked if I wanted callus removal for $7 (I don’t have calluses) but I thought it would mean a really good scrub for my dried heels, so I said yes. She then scrubbed my heels for a few seconds, and that was all. She also rushed me out at the end, even though there were no other customers. The pedi was $25, plus the $7 “callus removal”/five-second-scrub.She said the total was $32, and when I went to pay, she charged me $33… I didn’t mention anything because it’s just a dollar, but it was all just bad practice.I don’t think I’ll come back.

Apparently a manicure is no longer a manicure. I sat down for a “powder dip MANICURE” (that’s what it’s called on their price sheet) when she started putting the dip on after only shaping my nails and dry cutting the cuticles I asked the lady when I would receive the manicure part. She mumbled something about soaking is extra and I said I don’t want to soak I want a manicure (that’s the most important part of getting your nails done) she said ok. She does the dip and then has someone else file my nails down and cut my cuticles. No cuticle softener no cuticle push back no cuticle oil no massage and then tries to charge me $10 extra. I asked why it cost 55 instead of 45 and she said it was because she gave me a manicure. Confused! It’s called a powder dip manicure but the manicure part isn’t included? She then tells me that a manicure is only shaping and dry cuticle cutting. They’re trying to add services to your bill. Don’t be fooled.Service: Manicure

I almost walked out, but in the end my nails look okay. Not great, but it's hard to find a good salon here unfortunately.

I've been going to Kim's for a really long time and I'm a regular. However lately I've been getting g bad customer service and so so nails. I feel her employees complain to much about what you want done and give you an attitude. So does Kim from time to time. If I'm spending 60-100 dollars I want good customer service and a relaxing pleasant experience. I don't feel like I'm asking to much if I want no attitude or complaining when I'm paying for something done especially in these times when everything cost so much. Kim if you read this please work on giving better customer service!

Just wanted to post a little frustration...?I went in yesterday, to fix my nails and instead of feeling better I felt degraded. I’m not a confrontational or problematic person. Why does it seem like we are paying top ? for our services, but yet feel like these business’s treat us like they are doing us favors. Like your business thankfully is still running because every single one of your customers. I know we all have bad days, but being rude to customers is a disrespect. Nothing towards Kim, she always seems to be as respectful and cheerful as she can, however, since she is highly requested it’s hard to get her at times. The older men in there seem to be very unhappy. And maybe losing me as a customer won’t affect the business but will give me a peace of mind to not feel disrespected.???Service: Acrylic nails

SCAMMED!! LOW QUALITY??!! I literally paid $70 for a short v-cut “brown” french tip coffin nails with some poorly cheap gems… as the guy tech swatched my first nail it was not the color I wanted it was red. I told him and he just said “no no it’s fine”?? Whatever I let him keep it. At first he said it would be 45$. As we continued I wanted them long but he cut them extremely shorter than I wanted. As we went on he kept adding up the price saying “extra for gems, extra because they’re long” which they weren’t at all! He said okay it’ll be $75. I said okay no nvm just leave them brown, then he said okay $70. The girl next to me was paying $50 for some simple white long nails so I asked him why Is hers 50 and mine is 70 for the same thing but even SHORTER?? And he just pretended to ignore me and started to speak his Asian language laughing at me. Pretty sure they talk about us customers and they favor only some clients (ones that they personally know)! I paid with card and he took an extra 20 as a tip. They take a tip without asking as well as your card information when you’re not looking! These coffin nails were so rounded and not sharp at all I took them off once I got home. Worse nails I’ve ever gotten save your money and time.
