Picking up an online order is easy and quick, with very nice store associates available to guide customers through the process. The employees are generally helpful, courteous, and have a good attitude, providing good and helpful information. Great customer service is noted, with managers helping to resolve situations, which is a reason customers return. While the store itself is a great place, there was a reported rude experience in the parking lot involving aggressive behavior from another individual, which was handled with police. Overall, Kohl's aims to be a place where customers can shop in a helpful environment.
