1st off this place has amazing customer service all staff are so friendly asking if you need help
But the #1 staff there that is very nice and helpful to all people me and a couple other people when I was there was in the paint department. Ayde has the best customer service i have acquired , she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions would say one of the best customer service I have received in a long time ??? if you need paint i highly recommend seeing Ayde in el centro Lowe’s

place is decently clean and organized. The staff, on the other hand, is in groups gossiping about other employees' reques time off or b.s and un intrested in helping customers looking for particular things. I guess it's a good place to work if you wanna just hang out with buddies and get paid to gossip.

Went in today to look for some paint. I don't know much about what paint I should use or what would be the best match. Mark was very helpful and helped me look and explained what was what! He even gave me a slight discount for the paint! Excellent customer service!
We need more people like mark!!

It was too difficult to get someone to help us. We waited too long and had to hunt someone down to finally assist us even though an employee paged for someone to come to the department twice.
