RANTTTT to the girl named AMERICA At this Metro in el Cetro on Imperial Ave.
My Uncle went several times to get a transfer number. America told him first that she couldn't find his account then she couldn't give him the number. America had him call customer service and since his phone broke he had no phone on him and she said she couldn't call customer service for him so he was going back and forth from Imperial to el centro and she kept saying no to whatever he asked. She only offered to send a code to a phone he had no access to and she was told that several times and said thats all she could do. When he called customer service they told him that the store needed to provided the information for him and all he needed was and ID but still America did not want to help him. After he was sent back AGAINNNN I offered to help and go with him. I called to make sure it was still open and get her name. After going in someone else helped us because America was "busy" but Blanca who helped us was able to provide all the information my uncle needed and asked for without having him go back and forth (RAVE TO BLANCA). My Uncle works Mon - Sat all day and he is also outside all day and he did not need to do all that just for something so simple that America could've done the first time. Maybe because he's older and doesn't know English he doesn't know how these phone things work but that was no reason for her to act like that.
If you don't like your job don't do it!
P.s. Yes I went and became a "Karen" to America
After she made a comment about sending the code to another line which she was told manyyy time was not available.
Oh yea And AGAIN RAVE TO BLANCA IF YOU DO GO HERE ASK FOR BLANCA!

Worst company ever. Terrible signal connection and they want to increase phone bill payment when I pay original amount for months. In store is always dirty and workers are clueless when you ask them for help

I'm a bit tucked off over the phone I had to choose,which wasn't any choice at all. I had changed my provider to Metro at this particular location (was formerly with another carrier) and I'm a Samsung Galaxy person to the core. I asked which phones were available for a discount or for free and was shown only one (1!) phone and told it was the only one, that there was nothing else to choose from. It was a Motorola (that is very slow at loading basically anything I'm trying to get into btw), but since I was in a spot since my current phone was completely broken I went along with it. Soooooo.......my niece who had highly recommend this place and this location went in 2 days later and walked out with a free (take a guess!!!!!) Samsung Galaxy!!! I haven't even been able to find a protective case for my phone yet. I am an Otter Defender diehard fan also. I guess I'll be stuck with whatever case (and price?) that Metro has for this phone if any. I'm sure it won't be what I want and assume it won't suit my cost and needs for a substantard case, I doubt it will be protective also. I'll be at their mercy. Customer service was indeed friendly.
