Michaels offers a wide catalog of frames and professional custom framing service, described as great but expensive. The store has everything you will ever need, including bulk flowers for decoration and carts for organization. Merchandise can be overpriced. Staff provide excellent, patient, and knowledgeable customer service, eagerly helping customers find items and even assisting throughout the store. It is highly recommended to visit at the end of any season or holiday for discounted items.
Not having a cashier made my experience awful. Luckily there was an employee there eventually that was super helpful and patient with me.
