“I was in shocked today 07/29/26 at around possibly 3pm today I was heading over to pick up my MacBook with Diego as I was paying for my laptop a lady was sitting on the chair behind me while being on the phone with her daughter and that lady’s daughter was accusing Diego of being a thief for a “stolen phone”. I find it hard to believe only because his communication with me about my laptop was consistent because he would let me know the screen was fixed and he recommended me for my battery to be changed. He then said it was UP TO ME meaning my choose which then I agreed on, then he started to let me know pricing on the battery and how long it would take to fix it. Afterwards he sent me screenshots of how much it would cost. I’ve been a customer to Diego for 2-3 years now and he has always been communicative to me and has always recommended the best choices for my devices . Definitely will CONTINUE being a customer.”
