“We stopped in Rite Aid for a quick stop to check for one item we couldn't find anywhere else because of the Great Covid-19 Pillage. I was greeted as I entered which is nice. Store, inventory and cleanliness is average 3/5. I found a person stocking in one row and asked for my item. She had it on a cart in the next row. It was great finding it. Check out was quick and painless. I think it was the manager who opened a register because the woman in front of me had a number of items. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to do this. Service is 5 stars. Service really makes a huge difference. I hope companies understand this. I would definitely go back again if I needed something. Rite Aid was never my first choice but it's definitely worth checking out again.”
