Charlie and his moving crew were wonderful. Very professional, quick, and kind. They moved our offices in under 4 hours, and carefully handled all of our items. We just painted and cleaned our new offices, and everything stayed pristine. Thank you so much for your work. The price was very affordable as well. Another company tried to have us pay $3,000, but they charged only 1/3 of this without compromising on quality. THANK YOU!

Moving Masters was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! They were timely with returning calls, offering quotes, and showed up the day of on time with all supplies needed for success. During the moving process, they were quick and yet careful with my items. They broke down our beds/furniture as needed and quickly reassembled them at my new location, making first day move that much easier. Boxes were dropped off in their appropriate rooms as noted on their boxes. Overall, it was an amazingly simple and efficient process that was very well priced. I will be recommending Moving Masters to all my family and friends!

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and work ethic this company provides. They managed all my packing and moving. The team were very polite and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire move. The communication with this company was excellent! I gave them a very generous tip and they were beyond appreciative. I highly recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Charlie! I was referred by my realtor and I was impressed with the level of professionalism. I don’t always feel this way about customer service in the Imperial Valley. Seems to be hit or miss, at best. However, I can’t say enough about this company. Please consider using them if you need movers (because I have heard some horror stories and NO ONE wants that). They are fair, quick to respond to requests, and consummate professionals!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Charlie called me a couple of times prior to confirm the date and ensure I was prepared. The group of gentleman that came to help over were amazing. They communicated with me each step of the way and wrapped all of my furniture before moving it. They were very careful when moving the items and placed the items going to storage, safely and securely. I was visibly tired by the end of the day and the crew stopped to make sure I was okay. They went above and beyond and that's rare to find, especially in the valley. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Really good moving company out of the valley , I hear good and bad; nothing but good service when they moved me and my family from El Centro to El Cajon . Movers were amazing , friendly, hard working . These guys worked their butts off , luckily nothing was damaged, everything was padded and wrapped properly. Would recommend them again .

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and customer service offered by this moving company. The crew was incredibly polite and wasted no time getting to work. Charlie, the manager, was extremely helpful in navigating the moving process, making everything much smoother. With a lot of furniture and boxes to handle, this team performed exceptionally well. I'll certainly be using their services again and recommending them to anyone in need of moving assistance.

Worst possible experience they blocked my number. They blocked my husband's number. They blocked me on Facebook erased my comments. THEY BROKE MY WORK DESK TRIED TO GLUE IT WITH FOAM GLUE. They broke my washer. They made a whole in my vanity. took off all the wraps off at storage. had my big screens on floor. Had my couches upside down uncovered on dirty floor with nothing covering them. After I paid they would not answer my calls. Worst most expensive service. NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible service!!

It's hard to find good help in the Valley and Moving Masters is no exception. This company and owner are unreliable and the employees need more training. Here's my story... I scheduled a truck loading service for a long distance move over the phone the with owner Charlie a couple of weeks in advance. I did not receive a confirmation email, text or even a call the day before, as I have with other companies, but I was so busy preparing for the move I didn't think much of it. The day of the move the crew was supposed to be there at 9am, when no one had arrived by 9:30am I called the business with no answer and left a message. Just before 10am Charlie called back, saying he had just gotten to the office but the crew had been "dispatched" and he didn't know why they were late but would check in with them. Charlie called back a few minutes later claiming a previous crew had left the truck full and this crew had to empty the truck before our job (I don't know why since we weren't using their truck) and they would be there within an hour. Over an hour later, a little past 11am (now 2 hours past the original start time) 2 guys showed up and finally got to work. They claimed to have not known about the 9am start time and were given a landfill run before our job. These guys were decent workers and quick but did not know how to pack for a long distance move. Very few items were wrapped and secured like they should have been. They were also not able to fit everything in truck, so we had to leave some nonessentials behind. A little inconvenient but not a huge deal at the time, however when we get to our destination and started unloading we noticed there were some empty spaces that could have been filled. A few minor adjustments and all off our belongings might have fit. A week later and I still have not received an invoice or receipt as promised. Long story short, if you need help moving in the Valley, you're better off using friends or asking random people on the street and pay far less money.

I hired Moving Masters to move my things less than 2 miles away . The lead guy was great that day but the 2 young guys were irresponsible. They sat boxes on my nice wood desk that scratched the top of the desk all up. One of the guys dropped a cabinet that went over the toilet and broke the bottom legs off of it and tried to say it just broke . My son watched him drop it . I had items that I asked the guys not to put on the truck but yet they did and in doing so they misplaced a Apple thermostat that belonged to the apartment and wasn't mine . I texted the lead guy and told him all of the problems even though he was aware of several of them and he told me that since it was Memorial Day weekend everyone had taken off but that he had told his manager about what had happened and said he would call me once they got back in the office on Monday . It's almost 2 weeks later and still no one has called me or messaged me . They respond when they want your business but when they damage your items they don't want to return your calls or messages. I also was told by the lead guy that I would get a receipt for the cash payment that I gave them and they still haven't sent it to me . I wouldn't re this co. to any of my family or friends. I really felt that they would get back to me about my damaged furniture and other issues because I had heard some good things about them but now I know that they don't care about trying to resolve a problem. Terrible service . We put our trust in companies like these and they take advantage of the customers . I also noticed that after telling the guys not to put my sons new mattress on the ground they did and a $500 twin mattress is all dirty around the bottom of the mattress and they cracked the footboard of the bed frame . I'm like the other customer who said that they won't respond to the damaged furniture etc . I've been in touch with my attorney about this already . If they can't hire guys and train them they shouldn't be in business. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
