I purchased a sofa for my aunt. They delivered it, but on the weakened when I went to assemble it for her, there were two holes on the cushion, and when I asked them to replace it, their respond was so rude, stating that I am lying and it was not possible. Stay away from them at any cost.

Horrible customer service , they told free it was free delivery but the delivery people charged me $50. It took over 5 months to receive my couches and in less then a year they were already ripping. Then they still charged me $80 to repair them, 1 year later they're torn in 2 different areas. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT BUY FROM HERER BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVR COUCH IN LESS THEN A YEAR ITS BROKEN AND THEY ARE CHARING ME $80 TO SEND IT TO GET FIXED. Don't waste your money

Terrible service. This place is run by professional crooks. They will not refund our money or replace a broken, defective couch still under warranty. The employees will not allow you to speak to manager and make excuses that he is unavailable or doesn't answer/return phone calls.

We returned a broken , defective couch that was still under warranty. Primos Furniture took our couch but is now refusing to issue a refund, replace or repair the defective product. The employees will not let you speak to Abi the manager. They say he is unavailable and doesn't return phone calls. The employees act ignorant and do not help when trying to resolve this issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We ordered something and they said it would come in 4 weeks which turned into 3 months. Then we had made sure they were gonna install it. Then they showed up and they did not install it.

Ordered 4 bar stools they said 2 to 3 weeks it took 6 weeks then I only got them delivered because I went into the store and complained because I left 3 messages on there answering machine and they never called back so they delivered the var stools unassembled so now I have to put them together

This company has a BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE of charging the customer half the down payment on a furniture set and then NEVER DELIVERING THE FURNITURE. We have a police report filed and FTC report for bad business dealings filed. BEWARE. This business is not reputable.

Bought a couch set on 10 Jan 21. They wouldn't sell the floor model to us and we were told 3 weeks fo delivery. We came back around Valentine's Day to inquire; floor model gone and fluff story about covid and a promise of Mar 1. We came back on 8 Mar; same response. Came back on Easter Sunday to get money back. I was told that the boss will call us on Monday. We'll see.
