From check in till I left was 1 full hour for a 10 minute (by your schedule) test. No sitting room. Waited outside 45 minutes.
Only the guy that drew blood was a good experience.

Rude staff, I had an appointment and they wouldn’t help me. Went somewhere else and was treated excellently, no problems. If this is how Quest treats patients they will be losing customers.

Bad experience when trying to set an appointment, their online service bad. They don’t have personal in their office. Dirty floors. Couldn’t change an appointment.

Terrible!!!Don't opt for the text/wait in car list. They'll skip you and make u sign up as a walk in again! I found out after waiting for 1:20 minutes!

The staff is very unprofessional. Ask to speak to a manager since the staff was not able to find my child’s lab order. I called the hospital to make sure the lab order was sent, they confirmed it was sent. Eventually they found it but made us wait as a walk in. Even tho we had an appointment.

Close early. No customer support. Literally only have an iPad for check in. Only needed to drop off sons specimen sample and had to check in and wait.
