Bad experience when trying to set an appointment, their online service bad. They don’t have personal in their office. Dirty floors. Couldn’t change an appointment.

Terrible!!!Don't opt for the text/wait in car list. They'll skip you and make u sign up as a walk in again! I found out after waiting for 1:20 minutes!

The staff is very unprofessional. Ask to speak to a manager since the staff was not able to find my child’s lab order. I called the hospital to make sure the lab order was sent, they confirmed it was sent. Eventually they found it but made us wait as a walk in. Even tho we had an appointment.

Close early. No customer support. Literally only have an iPad for check in. Only needed to drop off sons specimen sample and had to check in and wait.

Very pleased with walk in for ex-rays. Was told 30-45 minute wait. Got us in within 15 minutes.

Still clean, courteous, informative, and expeditious with the patients.The online or inhouse tablet sign-in has made it so much faster over the years.(Tip: If you schedule online, you get in on time and out quickly.)Those that don't have appointments must understand that other patients have appointments for specific times that were made ahead of time.If a space was not filled for a time slot, they will fill it with the walk-ins as a first come first service basis around those with actual appointments.Due diligence pays off.Be patient and understanding.Prepare to wait.These are not fastfood joints, but medical facilities.This is a specialty service for the medical community that is trying to give you a better chance at a healthier life through aggressively detailed laboratory testing.Show appreciation and understanding to the staff for their efforts.If you can't, don't complain.Remember, they're doing you a specialty service, not vice versa.They are laboratory technicians, not your personal secretary.Everything you need to know is on the official website; including a customer service number for a LIVE customer service agent.Be kind, rewind your anger.

Excellent service by Monserrath. She went up and beyond to get the correct labs done for my school request. She got on the phone with my doctor and she verified everything and got things done right away. We need more people like her on the healthcare field that does everything possible to meet the patients needs. Thanks. Blessings to her

first time patient. place is extremely clean. All staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Staff is helpful, friendly, and very efficient. I was greeted with a smile.

I walked and i asked if i could drop off a speciman and they told me to wait. Ten minutes later i asked again and they said i would have to be tested as a walk-in patient so i took a number. While i waited i saw patients come and go. There were only three left then another group of individuals came in. An elderly lady asked how much longer and no answer was given to her. A younger gentleman asked a technician inquired because he hadn't eaten yet. Then the elderly lady stated that she had been waiting since 8am to be seen as a walk-in. It was now noon (12pm). She explained she was only taking appointments and when she could she would see the walk-ins. She was the only one on duty. I left after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes.

It takes forever to get your results. The guy that drew blood was excellent, though. He is very nice and professional.
