Hi I don't usually do reviews but this one deserves it. So I was completely taken care of and beyond helped my father is ill and can barlwalk or see. So Mrs Lupita Anderson helped me and my father out. So much she walked to the car because he's not able to walk so she went to him to and he was able to sign the paperwork and and get a new card and she helped me with a notary. Thank so much again

I have never had such great customer service anywhere. Lupita went above and beyond to help me help my deaf aunt who went to a nursing facility because I live out of the area. She was very responsive and visited my aunt before and after work to help with her account.

Customer Service is the worst I have ever encountered. I called so they could assist me with one of my accounts and was put on hold for 18 minutes before I finally hung up. When I tried to call back, again no one answered the phone. The customer service in this bank has continued to deteriorate and the unprofessionalism is abominable. It's very sad and disappointing that this bank, when it was first opened as Valley Independent Bank, the customer service alone was the best. When it changed to Rabobank, the customer service was slowly starting to ascend into unprofessional mannerism. This bank is now named Mechanics and it is the worst bank around.

I've been with Rabobank since I started my bank account and never had a negative experience. Since the change to Mechanics bank, all I've had were bad experiences...The advertised hours on the drive thru window are 9 am, as they are online as well. (For drive thru, online says open at 9. Walk in hours state 10 am) I drove through today at 9:10 and had no service. After waiting about 5 minutes I pressed the call button to speak with an attendant. A woman in a yellow face mask approached and, without a good morning, said "we open at 10". I checked the printed advertised hours to make sure I wasnt incorrect and said "all signs say 9 am, and I've been here before around 9 am, since when did the hours change?" "Since March, when the pandemic started." She replied. I again stated I'd been here before to which I was cut off over the speaker to hear "well we dont open until 10 am" Okay...so I try one last time to say "Well the advertised hours should really be changed so this doesnt happen again" to which, mid sentence, she interrupts me again to say "10 am" and then turns off the speaker and turns to another attendant inside and starts, I'm guessing, complaining about me.So, to clarify, Mechanics bank drive thru doesnt open until 10 am either, despite what all advertised signs say. And dont try to offer advice on customer service, because that is no applicable to them apparently...

Be careful with your accounts, was better rabobank I never had problems with them, now with Mechanics bank they charged me fees for everything... I closed my business accout for that reason..

Beyond rude costumer service. My husband wanted to cancel our accounts and the manager was beyond rude about it. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I once applied for a loan that was designed for people who were just getting started in agriculture. After several weeks of waiting, I was informed that I did not qualify because I was just getting started and didn't have enough experience. That seemed strange to me but I just let it go. A few months later, Rabobank pleads guilty to money laundering. It seems the charges have to do with drug cartels across the border. Quite literally, Rabobank would rather do business with the drug cartels in Mexico than with someone who wants to buy a few cows.
