It pays to tip and tell them when your not pleased and they will take care of the problem.

At my last car wash, the inside of my SUV was not properly cleaned: dashboard was not wiped down completely. You could see were the cleaning cloth was dragged on the dashboard. Also the trunk was not vacuumed. For the price paid, at least vacuum entire vehicle.
