“Needed to put a lot of stuff in a storage unit last minute. Since it was Sunday I figured a lot of places would be closed. Called up this place and I was able to access the storage unit and even rent a spot OVER THE PHONE! Huge S/O to Ashley. Definitely recommend this place.”

“The whole process of securing the unit was simple a fast. The price was lower than everyone else's so it matched my budget. Joe called to let me know that he had everything ready for me and he did. He showed me how to get in and out, he walked me to my unit and showed me the exit door. He was friendly and sincere and made me feel like I had made the right choice. He is an asset to your company. Thank you. Lisa Avis.”

“I have had a storage unit with them for over a year and staff is always so polite and helpful for any needs or concerns. Never had any issues at all with them. Price is very reasonable and when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit manager was so kind to help me.”

“These lockers are generic but are undergoing several upgrades to make the units themselves better. Their office manager is the bomb! She gets it all done. I had just had surgery and needed to get some information action to her. Not only did she come for those items but she brought everything I needed to get my team in position to start getting my stuff moved over there. When my husband thought there might be a security issue at the place she drove over to the storage, advised the owner and they both met me at the lockers to check video footage and showed us what actually happened. I was grateful for her prompt attention in taking the situation seriously. Our items were safe and secure as well as showing us how to add an extra lock to the unit we had. They have a formal security company that payrolls the units regularly When anything of interest happened The manager promptly sent an email to all locker members as well as a text… Thank you Farah for everything! You made us feel well taken care of and that our items were safe.”

“Best costumer service. The store Owner Augustine was so kind and efficient and friendly. I had an outstanding experience thanks to Agustin. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Moving can be stressful, but Agustin made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly. If you need a reliable and hassle-free rental experience, I highly recommend this U-Haul location. Agustin truly goes above and beyond!”
