Not open when JCPenny is open. Looks like a storage room at 1130.

Not sure if there was a change in management but the last 3 times I visited the store I came out empty handed. Employees not making a minimum effort to assist or sale. Out of stock in every item, make up shade, tester bottles empty. No wonder why there are no customers around anymore. Do not waste your time.

Looking for shoes for daughter's Junior High graduation...I found a couple pairs as well. I didn't buy them but after various price comparison shopping I appreciate JCP keeping them at favoratable prices. Maybe because the company's on the verge of closing its doors forever? At any rate, I enjoy the customer service and merch selections they have to offer. I will work overtime to have $$$ on hand if the store does close down...it'll definitely be worth it!

We finally get a Sephora in the valley and it's a mess and a huge disappointment. It's dirty not organized and no help.

2.5/5stars overall This was the most surreal experience. I saw the sign, walked in, found plenty of stock...and no one around. I passed a few customers but walked, searching for shoes for 15 minutes without seeing an employee. I finally found someone and they helped me find the shoe department. But no one was there to get shoes and no one was at the cashier to pay if you found something. Found someone in Active shoes who was very helpful but no sandals that I wanted. So sorry that it's not thriving. Don't think I would go back except for Sephora. Weird.

Sucks! The line was way too long since people were paying for their clothes inside sephora. I had to wait almost 20 min.

This place is a joke and a zoo. What a waste of space. The people in charge of this store are in the wrong business and nobody working there knows what's going on. Their discounts and coupons have them confused and in a bad mood. It's overstocked and the mother of all messy stores. My guess is the merch is not moving and staff doesn't give a care.

I asked for her finding my foundation tone and was told to wait and the lady started helping other customers who asked for help after I had. This happened at El Centro Sephora.
