Despite the receipt stating that they guarantee 100% satisfaction on any item purchased, that if “for some reason” you aren’t 100% satisfied they offer “many options”, this only applies if the item is unworn. I find it misleading to print an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee on the front and hide in the back the fact that it needs to be unworn. If wearing the shoes for five minutes and realizing they are not going to work for me disqualifies them from being returned or exchanged two days later, then the “guarantee” is not only meaningless but outright misleading.

Me and my husband came into this Sketchers looking for work shoes and we were greeted and helped by Patty. She runs this establishment very well. The store was clean, she provided great customer service, and the rest of the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you Patty for a pleasant experience!

To be honest I've always been about nike shoe but the wife insisted that we go into sketchers today and man .....I have been sleeping on sketchers all my life brought a how new level of comfort to my life...and I gotta thank both Javier and Isaay they where very knowledgeable and extremely friendly which made the experience all that better strongly recommend

I've been shopping here about 6 years their shoes are comfortable but they do not last very long if use continuously you get maybe four or five months out of them before they start to make your arches, knees hurt
