I've been shopping here about 6 years their shoes are comfortable but they do not last very long if use continuously you get maybe four or five months out of them before they start to make your arches, knees hurt

My husband and I have been wearing Sketchers for years and and being that we are both runners, we replace our sneakers several times a year and always buy Sketchers. However after today, that will change. Since we had never had any problems, we were not aware of the return policy. I wore the shoes once and found them to be extremely uncomfortable, I felt like the soles of my feet were on fire. I went to return them at the El Centro, CA, store and was informed that they will not take the shoes back after they had been worn. How Crazy Is That?? How is a person to know that the shoes are uncomfortable and painful unless you wear them. The employee said you can wear them inside and on carpet. That is absolutely ridiculous! Unless you wear them, you cannot possibly know they are not only uncomfortable but also painful. Sketchers you have just lost two loyal customer!!

The female store associate was very helpful ?? Got greeted as soon as I walked in and both employees were quick to assist you! My first time shoping at any Sketcher's store and it eas a good one! Thank you so much ??
