TERRIBlE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. By far the worst system setup I have ever seen. Pis poor management, having customers waist their time being in there while the workers are just gossiping
N their computer system just keeps piling up with names of customers having to wait around to just drop equipment or pay a bill that should somewhat fast.

The wait time in the store is Ridiculous! 15 people waiting and only 1 person helping out while everyone else is in the back. This is my number 1 reason I am canceling my service. Every time I come into thr store it's full and only 1 person helping out. What is the point of the other 3 employees in the back.

They only have 1 in-store payment kiosk that never works, and I don't have time to wait in line for an hour just to make a payment. Adding a second payment kiosk and maintaining them, would not only help the customers, but also the employees.
UPDATE: A month later and the payment kiosk still doesn't work. Again.. I don't have time to wait over an hour just to make a payment. They don't seem to care much about customer service.

THESE PEOPLE LIE JUST TO MAKE SALES INCOMPETENT FROM THE SUPERVISOR TO EMPLOYEES SAW WITH MY OWN EYES TRYING TO SALE ELDERLY PEOPLE STUFF THEY DONT NEED AND STICK THEM TO AUTOPAY WONT RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSE VERY BAD SERVICE KIOSK NEVER WORKS ETERNITY TO GET SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYESS ACTUALLY LAUGH AT YOU WHEN YOU GET FRUSTRATED CLOWNS DO NOT SEND YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY IN THERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AT ALL

Bad experience, I called Spectrum and was told I can go to store and would be given a SIM card. The guy that helped @ the store said SIM cards were only available under “certain circumstances “ even after telling him that I needed a SIM card for my 80 year old mother. Regardless of what I wanted my problem fixed, Im paying for the service. When I called Spectrum again to order a SIM card I was told it would take two days to get in the mail. I told the CSR about what happened at the store and she was also confused as to why I couldn’t get the card at the store.
