Today my wife and I went into the store after buying service online for my very first time and I also called the rep team to make sure I could pick up at El Centro Location. I was approved to pick up at El Centro location and upon arrival this tall gentlemen helped my wife and I out and he said "I can not give you equipment unless you made the purchase in house" he also said that "the ones who order through phone always need it shipped, they can't pick up just like that black gentleman before you with his sim cards" he then gave me a number to call the spectrum team and once I called them and told them what happened they were confused and upset that I got told that information, the information given to me by that man was false information. They proceeded to get someone to deliver same day, within the hour. We are very happy with the technician Chris and his service! I'm not sure what management is telling their employees at this store, but it wasn't a great experience for being a new customer......ps I saw the "black man" at Costco that same day and I gave him the same information given to us.

Worst customer service, they took advantage of my elderly mother and changed her plan too a more expensive plan than what she previously had.

Walked in to get home internet and the place looked like the dmv or even more social services it was packed with people just waiting around so I immediately left avoid this place just do everything online.

No greeting as you walk in the door, just stares. You must sign in their tablet to be considered being attended to..I’m letting you know this because they won’t. Customer service was average. Be prepared to wait longer than you should.

Horrible place. Not so much the internet but the managers and staff are horrible. Unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent.They disrespected my mother in law and when she asked if they could look up her account to see when her plan speeds. They told her "idk I can look it up but you can"

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Customer service SUCKS! I was on the phone for 40 minutes, having been transferred at least 4 times to somebody else, and then all of a sudden I was disconnected while waiting for a supervisor or someone else who could potentially fix the problem I was calling about.Funny how it's so easy to sign up for service, but then when it's time to pick up equipment, I am unable to because of some instruction to FedEx from Spectrum.The customer service rep said there was nothing they could do for me, not even pick up the phone and call FedEx or even do a 3-way call that I offered to make. Ridiculous!I guess Spectrum doesn't need more customers because they sure don't act like they care about the ones they have. They want to blame the problem on FedEx and FedEx wants to blame the problem on Spectrum.I would think that at least one person has the power or authority to fix the problems they created. I don't care who the issue is with, but somebody needs to fix it. Tomorrow morning is the appointment for Spectrum to come set up the internet at the business, but I won't have the phone available because FedEx won't give it to me, although I've shown I.D. already.All I can say is, they both suck. Sometimes having a brain matters. They should try using it instead of following scripts pre-written for them. What has happened to actually using critical thinking to solve problems? Unheard of nowadays. Sad.

1st time in, got my self install kit painlessly. Set up my order online and it was flawless! I picked up on the evening, there was no wait. Staff was very professional! When I needed to return equipment, I arrived at 10am opening time. There was a long line at the door, they said they were short-staffed and it would be a 45minute wait. Time that I didn't have. They did give me an alternative!

Customer service (phone) are atrocious. Local technicians can't do anything unless order is right and Heidi at Customer service screwed up everything. Need local Customer service to improve services. A needed service in today's world, being run by incompetent help. AVOID if you can

Wait line is long man you have to wait a lot to be attended.... seriously its been a year coming to this store to pay the bill and Every time every single time it's a lot a lot of time that you spend here waiting to be attended..the associates take to much time on every single customer like personal stuff something that is not related to de sales they seriously need more training... Also if you complain a out the wait time they just make a gesture.. oh i forgot to say that the self service machine is always broke i never seen that machine operating in a single day... Is always out of service .Spectrum charges a lot on they service at least we deserve a better customer service.

they are supposed to open at 9 but we're 20 minutes late. with no apologies. had to sign in waited 10 more minutes when it was my turn I had 2 bills to pay under my name and he refused to have me pay 2 bills and told me I would have to sign in again. if there was another cable co. I would have canceled spectrum. and I'm in process of cancelling.worst ever since I don't get upset easily but I did today. something needs to be done.

Pretty comfortable seating. Wait times aren't too bad. Bathrooms are very clean. The display phones look clean and most are on for you to mess around with. The location is great, if only the cable and internet (for home) had consistent speed and stability. I can't ding the location for that, as the employees are nice and the premises is clean and functional
