I have NEVER been impressed with any cell phone store experience. But today was VERY DIFFERENT!Wanted to switch from Tello to T Mobiles Magenta plan. Was greeted by all three employees. A girl with a great smile volunteered to be the one to help make the switch for me. Her name is Nancy and she ROKKS at her job. I had to do very little...she handled pretty much the entire process. It felt great to walk out and having accomplished the plan I walked into the store with.Many of you reading this know that this is hardly the norm anymore. Most of these places have staff who simply don't care who you are or what your issue might be. It was great to feel like I mattered. Thank you very much Nancy!!! You rokked!

Talk about a snotty, rude individual with poor hygiene, I have met in Southern California. What I mean by that, nails that need to be cut it look like Cheetos maybe something orange under some of the nails and maybe it looked like bread, I think he should’ve washed his hands after lunch, i’m just saying cannot imagine the bacteria under his nails and him reaching over and grabbing my phone to remove the cover, Well I met him yesterday at T-Mobile at Imperial Valley Mall. Here’s my experience from yesterday as I walked into the store to purchase a new iPhone this person never made the attempt to stand up and walk to me or greet me I had to walk to him and in small talk I told him I was there to look at a new phone he quickly grabbed my phone and started to remove my cover so he could examine my phone instead of showing me a new phone once he realize and pre-approved me, he than showed me the phone he wanted to shows me, I asked him what’s the difference between that phone and the new pro 14 he looked at me, and said that’s one’s expensive like I couldn’t afford it. I left a T-Mobile store, embarrassed.I know that the employees at T-Mobile deal with lots of customers, but if you feel you’re overworked and a little stress take some time off.Very disappointed in T-Mobile and the manager of this store.

Today I went to tmobile store and they made me feel very welcomed and special they guide me throughout my purchase I didnt know what I was looking for and the knowledge that the store employees have its amazing they recomend me the perfect device for me and im very happy with my purshase

More disappointed in myself.Went in to buy a pixel 6 and switch from parents' ATT plan to my own TMobile plan. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock but they looked in their system and said the other Tmobile within the same mall had the color I wanted. So I signed up for a plan and all I had to do was go pick up the phone from the other store. When I get to the other store they didn't have color, but by this point I already signed up for a plan which was my mistake. I ended up ordering the phone because I trapped myself in a plan. Either the system is inaccurate with other stores' inventory or I was deceived.

I recently went to Sprint/ T-Mobile at IV Mall. I was so frustrated because my service was sucking where I live. However, a guy name Jorge helped me to click some buttons on my phone and now my service is great. Thank youJorge!!

I just got off phone with Sprint. 6 months after I moved my number to new provider sprint is still finding ways to keep billing me. I paid a final bill of $44.00 dollars and 2 months later I get another bill for $76.00. Somehow a 10.00 device they conveniatly didn't turn off managed to accrue 76.00 in 2 months. Tech graciously took 10.00 off the bill.Told him I'm not paying .STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT/TMOBILE !!!
