I had a bit of a problem with my gate access code, but after calling and messaging you, I received a message from Jessie Lamb, Vice President Self Storage, CA. She helped me get through the gate and I was able to access my storage unit. I was exhausted from moving and really appreciated the time she took to look into the problem and resolve it. I have rented from StaxUP previously and definitely recommend them! Thank you!

Great people to do business with. Long story short, moved from San Diego to imperial county and my apartment was too small. I could not have my stuff outside in the garage no room. I called them up and offered me a storage unit great price. What I like most is that everything is handled with the mobile app. If I do need another storage lot unit to work with, I will definitely ask them again. I truly recommend this storage facility for all your needs. Thank you again
