**Update**
Decided to try going in as walk-in. Got helped right away. The seats were finally cleaned(sort of). The business banker came out and greeted me, let me know he was on a call and it would be about 10 mins. Perfect. huge difference!!
10 mins turned into 20. 20 into 30. I decided to leave a message asking for him to call me when he was finished with his current call(music blasting from his office) and I walked back to my office. This was 930ish-10. Come 1pm still no call. I walked back in order to make a deposit on another account, left another message asking for his call back asap. 3 days later and still nothing. Absolute garbage!!
I was being really cool and refused to file a formal complaint when the ambassador reached out. Why? For you to treat me like this? Because I dont speak spanish? I'ld hate to think it's because I'm asian. What is it? Do you know something about me that I dont?
Bottom line: This branch is only good for basic bank teller banking. If you want some real help for your advanced banking needs, take it out of the county!!
Atmosphere: Very clean minus the horribly stained seats in the waiting area. The security officer is always nice and greets customers in a friendly manner
Tellers: Always polite and courteous. Typically very efficient, not wasting time on non sense.
My issues: I set an appointment to open a business account. The day comes, i check in 15 mins early. Not a single acknowledgement from anyone except a teller who waved from behind the counter. I think she found it funny at my hesitance to sit in those seats. My appointment time comes, the young man who was to handle my account walks in 10 mins late, all smiles and giggles. Looks dead at me, turns and proceeds to key his way into the cage. No good morning. No, I'll be right with you. NOTHING! Another 10 mins passes and hes behind the counter making his rounds with the females and has yet to acknowledge me. So, I grabbed my paperwork and walked out. The young lady who booked my appointment saw me walking out and just watched.
1 month later, I decided to give El Centro another try instead of San Diego. Appointment booked. I show up bright and early at opening since my appointment was first of the day. Or was it? I check in and notice the young lady whom was to help me decided to take a walk-in ahead of me. Why? Is my money not good enough? Do certain people get beneficial treatment?
More of my time wasted. I walked out again without anyone saying anything. All I got when I approached her and said, " I had an appointment with you at 9am." Her response, " I know." Enough said. Bye. El Cajon can have my points.

They wouldn’t cash my check. They wanted me to deposit it. What is wrong with this bank I’ve never had a problem with any of my other banks. The teller was on training he was ok but the lady that was training him just didn’t want to. I was in line for 15 minutes for this nonsense. I had my account with Union Bank for more than 18yrs and I’ve never had this problem. Until US Bank over. It’s disappointing don’t bank with US bank or at this Branch.

As a new small business, The 0$ maintenance fee and low cost checking is a big help. In person Customer service is very slow and sometimes can be a hassle for the most simple inquiries. All in all, great services just room for improvement
