I visited this Post Office to purchase some postage for mailing a few items. The employees were so friendly and helped me find the most affordable options for my needs. They even provided advice on how to properly package my items to avoid any damages. The postage rates were very reasonable, and I felt I received great value for my money. It was a fast and efficient experience, and I’ll continue to use this Post Office for all my shipping needs!

I don't know what lettuce fields you found these inept workers in but they need to be removed from working at a post office. I get why there are so many people saying the workers here are useless. Because they are.
When the government hires farm workers with 4th grade educations.....WE get stuck paying the price for it.

Honestly some of the worst service from the delivery staff. We have a mailbox with lock boxes for larger mail items. They never place it In the boxes. They often jam everything in the small box. The mail is constantly ripped or we get empty boxes.

Shipped a bottle of perfume then a separate package within 5 minutes of each other to the same zip code. One got delivered a few days later while the other package was supposed to be delivered the same day is scheduled to be delivered at the end of the month. Was told September 4th for both packages. The perfume is scheduled for the September 29th.

On 7/3 my package showed it was here, and was to be delivered 7/5, for some reason it got sent to Moreno Valley Post Office, and now I'm told it's going to San Bernardino, and Perris post office where it's out for delivery in the wrong city.
Very poor service, and they don't answer the phone here locally.

this is the second time this month where they lose my package. Either driver is purposely wrongfully delivering packages or they can’t read. USPS sucks BAD. HORRIBLE. FOUL. NEGATIVE AURA. Should be banned. Driver must have extreme brain rot to make this many mistakes in a month or they don’t pay them enough to care, idk what their issue is.

The absolute worst, even with lock boxes the mail carrier can not get my mail delivered in my box. Always having to call them to go find my packages…

Just went to try and return a package. Usually they tape up my package. I leave open just in case they need to place info inside. They refused saying they have none. That I need to buy some from floor. Doesn’t happen very often but very inconvenient. Should be customer service ready. Just my opinion. UPS and fedex always tape up my return packages. Kudos to them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE in the office! They delivered my package, with MY name to another person who we do not know who it was, they did not even ask for identification to verify that it was the same name, and they do not want to admit that they were wrong. There have been 2 times now that my packages have been “lost” in this PO Box and that we have received correspondence from another unknown person.
