After an auto accident today, the tow truck driver arrived quickly after being notified by the California Highway Patrol Officer. He quickly loaded up car and us and took us to their business while we notified the insurance company about the accident. This took considerable time and as a result we were up against the end of their office hours. The driver, the shop foreman, stayed late and took us to a rental car office and then to a motel when a car could not be obtained. We offered a gratuity but it was declined and we parted with a hug from him. Great experience in a trying time.Service: Car towing
