Have gotten my PC built and fixed at this spot. Everytime has been 100% successful and even talks to you about what he fixed. Doesn’t feel like I’m getting money taken under the table. Amazing customer service and will continue to go to them

Avoid Alan and this scummy business. Imitation low-cost components sourced from China, pre-owned components from previous customers’ computers and mobile devices. This place is terrible, and the owner is a scammer who uses old or fake parts. He scammed us with my phone repair. I tried to get a refund just less than a month later. He denied that I was a customer in the past. The negative reviews are real. Do not look past them. Do not do transactions with this man. Do not trust this man. Alan is a complete liar and a total fraud. I would take him to court for all the lies and false advertisement but for the cheap service I paid for, it’s not even worth it.
You get what you pay for is even too generous to say about this business.
Complete Rubbish. Karma will get him.

Horrible place, horrible business owner. SCAMMER & USES OLD/FAKE PARTS.
A LIAR, and A CONMAN
He scammed us with my Apple iPhone battery repair battery and computer repair. Upon consulting, he reassured that he replaces the parts with brand new parts and that the iPhone will be replaced with authentic Apple battery.
MY PHONE WOULDNT TURN ON A FEW DAYS. IT DID NOT EVEN LAST ONE WEEK.
I got my phone repaired at Apple and I told them I just had the battery replaced for a new one.
They inspected the battery and told me that the battery is used and came from
a different iPhone due to the serial number/IMEI engraved on it.
I called the owner and he asked for a receipt. I said I have no receipt because you didn’t give me one because he accepted payment through online transactions. I showed him that and he still denied that I had service done with him in the past as he states he can’t find any history with me as his customer in his books.

Alan was a great help! He did a diagnostic on my laptop and found it had some burned parts from overheating. After a repair I got it back the next day for $100 all together! Very grateful 🙏 😁

Wow! Alan is a star.
Super nice guy who knows his stuff--he's been running his shop for over 10 years.
I went in to have a broken hinge on a laptop fixed, expecting a 1-week turn-around. He had it for me 48 hours later, working perfectly.
I would highly recommend Alan and 3RTEK.

I have damaged my phone twice (from dropping my phone), once requiring the screen to be replaced. Both times the repairs went extremely smoothly and I never had another problem.

Brought in my computer for performance issues. He removed my anti virus and maintenance downloads then told me he couldn’t fix it and that I should buy a new hard drive, re- load all my documents from old hard drive into the new one and re- install windows. Yeah- no thanks- that is ridiculous because the laptop functions it just has a few glitches that I’m sure can be remedied by someone more knowledgeable. I didn’t have much faith in his ability after speaking with him. Now I have to pay him $60 for doing nothing.

Alan has been repairing my phones for the entirety of the 5 years that I've lived around the Bay. He makes it clear how quickly and how likely it is that he can repair something, and often gets repairs done the same day. He's the best repair shop guy I've ever worked with.

A couple different other repair shops informed me that my screen is cheap and not real iPhone screen. Basically Alan uses cheap after market pieces. My phone got fixed Monday, it dropped softly Thursday, on carpet and my screen and SCREEN PROTECTOR both broke, Alan tried to make me pay $200 all over again.

My android phone needed new glass for one of my cameras. It took a couple days because the wrong part came but he did a great job and gave me $10 off for waiting an extra day and the inconvenience. Good guy. Humble and trustworthy.

Very worst service! I bought my laptop there. They charged me $60 just to do diagnostics. Per him, he will let me know within two days but he did not reach me out. After following up with him, he told me he is waiting for parts to deliver and fix it, just to let me know that he can’t fix it. It’s too much of work and time to fix. Basically, he wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing.
