I now have the perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, Valentine's day, etc. Truly a delightful taste sensation wrapped around in the biggest apple I ever saw. (The size of a volleyball). “Thank you very Mochi! [Japantown, San Francisco CA] These are beautiful Japanese confections located on the West Mall at Japantown in San Francisco. The confections are fun, fresh and yummy. We were given samples of the Harajuku mochis in strawberry and chocolate flavors. Ooh the chocolate just hit you at first bite... it's like Nutella with a doughy texture. I preferred the chocolate over the strawberry but these little soft pillows are so heavenly delicious. The packagings and canisters are amazing. Beautiful selection of wrapped traditional Japanese food gifts! They also have some packaged candy and mochis that come in cutesy Hello Kitty tin cans. “This candy shop has a wide variety of candy and a great selection of salt water taffy.The taffy is purchase by weight, so grab a wicker basket and fill it was you go through.The only downsides were:There wasn't many diabetic/sugar free options.They must have had airconditioning previously as most of the individually wrapped hard candy by the windows had melted at one point. I'm sure it was fine but It looked unappealing.Dietary restrictions: There is a.small section of sugar free/diabetic friendly at the entrance to your right hand side.”
“If you are looking for something sweet to eat, this is the place! Several floors to choose the type of candy you are looking for or that you were not looking for but you will be getting to know! A tremendous and very large and varied place! It's worth knowing”
“The chocolates are of course amazing. This store is always clean and well stocked. I also find that it is not usually crowded which makes for a great shopping experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And extra shout out to Vivien, her service always goes above and beyond as she has great attention to detail and always goes the extra mile to make my experience awesome!”

“Last time I came to this shop was before COVID and the variety has not changed a bit. Candy and chocolate from floor to ceiling. Chocolate covered strawberries and caramel apples are usually my choices.Parking: There is paid street parking all around, there are paid parking lots all around. Depending on the day it will be a challenge to park anywhere so come prepared to search.Kid-friendliness: Yes what kid doesn’t like candy or chocolate?Wheelchair accessibility: Most definitely but it is a tight store with a center median be aware.”
“Tucked in a quiet corner of the 99 Ranch complex is Candy Box. The store is stuffed full of adorable anime and Studio Ghibli paraphernalia. You no longer have to go to Japan Town to get your fix. The owner of lovely and her offerings are unique. I can't wait to go back!”

“Dietary restrictions: 1. They have candy for those who may have sugar restrictions. ( diabetes as an example). 2. GOAT = Tradition, around when I was a small child now much much older. 3. Sees Candy ? is still around. Most of their candy's are still my favorite. A good field trip. 4. This time I bought 6 different kinds of nuggets also peanut brittle and a classic favorite are their Carmel Suckers the butterscotch ones are my most favorite ♥ yum. The taste is the same as when I had my first one. Yum.Thank you Sees!!!!!”
