I visited this department store for a home renovation project and needed everything from paint supplies to furniture. The staff was exceptional in guiding me to the best options for my needs, always prioritizing quality. I was impressed by the durability and aesthetic of everything I purchased, and the prices were very reasonable. It was great to find such high-quality items without breaking the bank. Rude customer service. A manager walked right in front of me while I was looking at a display case. I said excuse me and got a dirty look and a huff. It wasn't necessary for store employees to disrupt customer shopping experiences that way

The selection is good, the staff is really rude and loss prevention the moment you walk in will follow you around the store treat you like a criminal even though you have enough money to wipe out their whole entire inventory on a single credit card. You get treated like a criminal the moment you walk through the store. Strict racial profiling policy avoid this store at all costs go to the other locations. This place is staffed by clowns
