I was surprised how friendly the staff was here. Christopher kindly helped me fax some documents. He showed me step by step on how to go about it, and now I feel confident to do it on my own. I also got some posters printed, and it all went pretty smoothly. Thanks FedEx.

I ship through FedEx often. I went to this location to ship 5 items and tried to explain to Renzo, a staff member, that I needed to print multiple labels. He interrupted me twice, and told me that he “asked a simple question that requires a simple answer”, and then decided to help someone who walked in behind me. Horrific customer service from Renzo.

Came here to ship something internationally but their printer wasn’t working (for the invoice) so I had to go to another FedEx. Totally frustrating and inconvenient. Lesson learned. You have to call these places (FedEx, UPS, etc.) before you show up to confirm that they can actually perform the services that they supposedly offer.

I must have been lucky or timed my visit right--I was the only one in line and was even more fortunate to have a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient employee who completed my transaction in a timely and informative manner. Sorry I didn't get his name but I think it was something along the lines of John? He is a definite asset to the company, as was another stellar employee I had the last time I was there.Going by the reviews it seems like people went on busy understaffed days.

I felt bad for the guy working here by himself at 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There was a long line of at least 5-6 people just waiting for him to get to them, and I can't even imagine the amount of pressure on him. He was polite and moving as quickly as he could. The 3 stats is not for him. It's not his fault. But I do blame Fed Ex for leaving him out to dry like that! It's not fair. And I know people probably feel anger or frustration toward the person working, but really, as long as he's doing his job to the best of his abilities, it's not his fault that he's in that position. He did help me out and scan my QR code (since the machine wasn't working and if I had been I could have gotten out of there in a couple minutes) after me waiting in line for 20 minutes before "printing a book" for the lady in front of me. I can't even imagine how long I would have been waiting if he refused to help me until after she was done. Also of note, the parking lot here is tiny and a total nightmare. People were double parking and blocking people from getting out of their spots. I was happy to get out of there when I did!

Somehow they're always unfriendly and even patronizing. Feels like customers are a huge burden to staff there. I just don't want to be treated that way.

FedEx headquarters, get this lady some help over here! She is doing a great job, but it is ridiculously slow. I waited about 20 minutes today in line just to do a " happy return" waiting on one customer. I would give it one star, but she actually does a good job and is working hard, but FedEx needs to do something and provide more staffing support. will not go back

I had a great experience printing an oversized poster here. Right from the first call to figure out the details to the ease of putting in the order (just email them!), the super quick turnaround time of just a day, to the quality of the print. Not to mention the wonderful and polite service I got every step of the way!
