The person behind the line was extremely rude. Without even knowing about my tire condition , he started by saying I won’t rotate your tire if it is worn out , I won’t rotate your tire without alignment, and I won’t rotate it if you have nail on sidewall! You cannot threaten customers and use the fear factor to force people buy service from you!
I have been in this location 2-3 times before, and first time seeing such behavior! I booked an appointment elsewhere!

10/10 Service! I got a fat nail in my tire. I called ahead and got a quote for $31 for the repair. I came in the next day and dropped the car off. within 45 minutes It was done and the total was $31. Very thankful for such incredible service. Can’t say this is always the experience as a woman.

Horrible experience! This location and company is a complete retail shame upselling products and services not needed, holding people and their vehicles hostage for hours on something that doesn’t even take as long as they keep you waiting around for (GUARANTEED it doesn’t take that long) and then you leave and the thing you took it in for isn’t even fixed even tho they signed off on it and said it’s good to go! I will never use Firestone again! I’ve been to multiple locations and they’re all completely dishonest miserable technicians and managers. It’s absolutely insane! Never again!

You had one job to do, install a tire. You couldn't do this correctly. You installed the tire backwards.
You also quoted over $1000 to change the spark plugs on my car. That's an insane rip off. You are thieves.

Apparently when you book an appointment online, is inaccurate! I had the worst experience here. I booked an online appointment for Sunday at 1pm got there 20 prior my appointment. The gentleman at the front desk seemed frustrated unknown to me why! However he made sure to go against every questions I had. He went from I don’t think we have your tires. Mind you the Wessite said 8 tires in stock I only need 4, so after that he came back and said you’ll have your leave your car here for 3 hours! When I said no problem I’ll come back. I’m guessing my answer wasn’t to his satisfaction, then proceeded to say well I don’t have your tires I only have the most pricey tires and apparently I had no other options?! Please Firestone train your team to have more compassion and professionalism. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I know about cars! Also another tip so customers don’t feel played or misconstrued when selecting available appointments. Have a warning when selecting an appointment to let the customer know it’s not an appointment. To make sure customers call prior or after selecting the appointment slots. I got a email saying my appointment was reserved. Not true at all! Can’t believe Firestone only 1 option for tires?!

If you hate your job, don’t spew it into your customers! I tried to get a quote for a tire, the person on the line got mad that I didn’t know what tire size I have ( Sorry bro… you couldn’t just tell me how to figure it out…? found out later it’s just written on the tire! ) and hung up. like cmon…

The staffs are very professional in their skills and knowledgeable. They will let you know the price clearly before they perform the services and call you in time for any update of the car. However, I don't like that they put some pressure on customers for where should be fixed and you wont get the discount the discount if you don't fix it today. But overall they are professional and provide the inspection detail by the end of service. Will come back.

Apparently scheduling online and getting a “your appointment request for a waiter has been approved” email doesn’t actually mean the shop has availability in their schedule to actually do the work when your appointment is. I made an appointment for Sunday at 10 am and got there on time but they informed me I should drop off and come back because it would be a few hours because of all the other cars they were working on. But I chose to wait, and it was 2 hours before my car even went into the service bay. The guy told me to always call for appointments because online isn’t a real appointment as far as they’re concerned. Frustrating.
