Ifshin Violins is a fantastic violin shop, considered one of the best in the bay area. It is a good place to rent or purchase orchestra instruments, including a double bass department. The shop is extremely elegant and very beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and the smell of varnish. Their rentals can be a bit pricey, but they take very good care of their instruments. The service is amazing, consistent, and accommodating, with staff that is really helpful, friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. Technicians take pride in their excellent work, providing clear explanations, great recommendations, and different solutions. A reminder to call for an appointment is recommended. They also have a helpful parking lot.
