The 1 star reviews are quite unsettling as a customer who’s been with them for a couple of years now. Every time I’ve come in I’ve been greeted and helped quickly by the owner or whoever may be at the front desk, and had exceptional service done by the staff (shoutout to Van, Tammy, Tina, and Tin). They are skilled nail technicians who care very deeply about the quality of their work. I would highly recommend this place and encourage you to make appointments prior! An amazing hard working staff and an incredible owner!

I got a regular pedicure today with my husband. It was a kind of awful experience. Both of our pedicures took 15 mins each. The technician was clearly sick and sneezing on us literally in our faces.The paint from my toenails was all over my skin and I asked for them to fix it and they took the paint off of my nails. I didn’t get a massage at all. I understand they want to up sell the more expensive pedicures but for 33 dollars for 15 minutes and chipped paint it seems kind of wild. I don’t generally post any reviews but if you are thinking of doing self care and you usually don’t, don’t risk wasting your money.

What an amazing experience! My friend and I came in a little bit late for our appointment, but they were still happy to service us immediately! My nails turned out so beautiful, I had Lien and she did such a good job on the detailing and giving my nails all her attention without getting distracted. She was super sweet and I felt so comfortable with her. My friend's nails also turned out beautiful. Amazing experience, 10/10! I will defenitely be coming back for a fill.

Very unprofessional would not change polish on my nails was not spending enough money in her nail so they just had opened and walk ins are welcome she said they where all booked up Ans they kept talking in their language very poor service

Best nail salon in the area. I've tried every other place on Solano and the surrounding area - Vivian's surpasses them all. Every single nail tech is super sweet, very professional, and are great at what they do. Highly recommend.

Vivian’s shop is so beautiful and they are all so kind and friendly. They offer so many services to take care of your needs. The shop is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It is the best salon I have been to with their exceptional service. Thank you so much for taking such time and care with my gel fill and gel pedicure. I will be back next year when we come back to Navarre!

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I wouldn’t give them a star if I could. The owner is racist and disrespectful. If you’re black and you know a black nail technician, go to them or to a white one. Don’t go here.

Mediocre work ! I came in for a full dip set. She took no more than 20 minutes to do my nails, no attention to detail. This is what my nails look like after one day.
