i went their a little while ago to check out their turtles. they only had one DEAD turtle who was on her back with her eyes closed floating on the top of the water. this is absolutly discusting and animal abuse. the tank also didnt have a UVB lamp witch is crustial to turtles heath and well being. also the tank didnt have a filter and the water was very unclear. i know it seems like im being paranoed but seriously. this is wrong and i have a lot of turtle exsperince. also like all their betta fish were dead too and i know that wen you have a bunch its hard to keep them all alive but REALLY. ALL OF THEM???? i hope that peopple start boycotting petco for this beacuse it is just terrible

Usually, 9/10 great service. Often walk in for a nail trim for my dog. Have done this mornings and afternoons, no issue. They have always have been accommodating and friendly. Today, I come in shortly after opening. No dogs in grooming that I can see. Ask for drop in quick nail trim. I'm told, "you have to come back after 12 because our mornings are always double booked." Was not delivered in the most friendly manner. It has never been an issue in the mornings before. If it is "always" that way then change the times walk-ins are allowed. Rare example of poor customer service, scheduling, and communication skills.

Never again! Especially grooming. It was the reason why I stayed away for 2 years. It may work for you but, my dog received an injured eye. I'm still waiting for a callback.
4 Weeks, No response from the Manager or company, but send me a reminder to bring my dog in for grooming. As I stated if it worked for you and your pet, Beautiful. They injured mine so they will have one less customer.

ALWAYS REQUEST A RECEIPT ALWAYS!! Some of the employees do well, but cashiers often make mistakes by either using all my $5 coupons or not applying my vital care membership. I frequently have to return to fix these issues, losing my coupons in the process. If the $25 monthly membership isn't being utilized, what's the point of paying for it? Despite discussing this with customer service several times, I am repeatedly told that it's my fault and that it's unfortunate for me.

I took my Pomeranian in for a first time grooming. My dog looked amazing after! And most importantly she was happy and relaxed. Andy did an amazing job! Very professional and thoughtful about my dog’s needs. Ask for Andy! Highly recommend!!!
