“Sharmila is always wonderful. She greets me every time I enter the store. She has been working at Store #9086 for a long time. She knows where everything is, she has trained so many new employees and can run the front store. She's so kind, patient, and empathetic. She hold her composure when customers are rude and even down mean to her. Sharmila is definitely an asset to the CVS/Caremark company, customers, and fellow employees.”
“Overall, I’ve had a positive experience at this Walgreens, especially with the pharmacy department, which has always treated me well and provided good care.
At times, when new staff members are being trained or recently hired, the customer service can feel a bit less warm or a little reserved. A more consistently welcoming and friendly approach would help improve the overall customer experience and make visits feel even more comfortable and satisfying.
With continued training and support for new employees, this location has the potential to provide an even higher level of customer service across the board.”

“We needed some spot remover and bath supplies, and this was the closest pharmacy near our AirBnb. This CVS location is a little on the shabby side with one half of the double automatic doors blocked off with shelves and no self checkout section. That being said, the service both times I visited was friendly and prompt and all the items I needed beyond makeup were in stock, so four stars for helping me out CVS, you really came through in a pinch.”
