Yes yes???!!! I had the Best experience with everyone that works for Ross?! I had a rough time trying to find something Formal to wear at our organization that’s coming up soon, and one of the Staff took time out of their day to locate the Apparel and guess what? there it was yay??! I Highly recommend shopping at El Cerrito Plaza Ross yep?! and if your looking for First Class Customer Services, items to wear and home needs, look No further??! this is your go to place for all your shopping needs and be treated with 1st Class Customer Services also?. You’ll be most Happy you all did?

Excellent experience, excellent customer service, and plenty of selection of shoes and clothing and other things. I was impressed with speakers and earphones, headphones, etc. Very happy. Plenty of security made me feel safe. Nighttime excellent lighting.

Glenda was selective in her customer service. She was extra chipper with the couple making purchases ahead of me. However, she was curt when it was my turn to make a small return. My only conclusion is that a) the return was an inconvenience on her productivity stats, b) she was racially biased, or c) Ross is now a co-opt & she has partial ownership & takes returns personally. Either way, this is the first & worst customer service I've ever encountered at this location.
