My bank representative Alexis is absolutely great! She always shares her financial knowledge,
is very resourceful, and makes financial sound account suggestions. She went above and beyond and helped my family tremendously when our accounts were breached. Thank you so much Alexis. Words can not express our family's gratitude. Stellar Work! Job well done.

THE MANAGER CARLOS WITH IS ONE OF THE MOST POOR GRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANGERS I EVER MET! RUDE BIASED JUDGEMENTAL PIECE OF UNPROFESSIONAL TRASH REFUSED SERVICE AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME HIS NAME UPON REQUEST BECAUSE OF HIS JEALOUSY! I RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!

The employees at this branch have been very helpful and friendly to me and have offered good customer service. But there is always a line of 3-4 people waiting to be helped and one teller, and the wait is usually 20 plus minutes. Please support these people trying to do their jobs well and give this branch more staff.

Employees are rude including manager absolutely no personality and lack of any customer service skills no smile or warm welcome greeting when handling customers absolute worst this is the worst us bank location service

Since U.S. Bank merged with Union Bank in June of 2023, I have not had access to Bill Pay. U.S. Bank is paying my bills as they were set up before June 2023 when my account was still with Union Bank. However, I am unable to make any changes whatsoever. I cannot change the amounts currently being sent to my creditors. I need help choosing an account to complete any bill pay transaction. I cannot set up a new bill pay. I cannot have an individual paid with a paper check because I supposedly have what they call a safe debit account. All of these problems are new since U.S. Bank took over. I called U.S. Bank on January 17th, 2024, and was told they would submit a ticket to have it fixed internally. Nothing changed. I called again on February 24th and was told they would expedite the claim. Nothing changed. I called for the third time tonight, March 2nd, 2024, and once again, I've been told it will be fixed by Wednesday. I've had it! If they can't fix this by Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, I will close my account and move my business to another bank. In the meantime, I'm researching alternatives.

I open savings w cash job close came put in instead 6 days clear 2 days it did mad available they decide close out whole account sent letter where count still open with deposit amount by end week letter came made decision to keep deposit cause check cleared to fast wasn't honored no wonder your having problems no customers close down scam bank

As a former Union Bank customer (US Bank acquired them) I am about to be a former US Bank customer. Made a large deposit from my other account and they are holding it a full week after the deposit was taken out of other account. If I wire funds they charge a fee and I am limited in the amount on mobile deposits per week that are less than my weekly spend. Idiots running this bank.

Non-responsive, lack of communication, not knowledgeable, and rude are a couple attributes of this branch. Entire staff, including the manager, provides a very poor level of service. I am looking to move my accounts soon as I have the time.

Just got a call from this branch. Repeatedly asking for my husband to speak about a business matter since he has a mortgage with them. I explained that WE have a mortgage and that WE have entered my contact info for a reason. She finally began to treat me with a little dignity and it turns out it was just to try to get him to sign up for a credit card. What year is it again?

Great little bank branch.Haven't had any negative experiences. Every teller as been super friendly and brings a bit of personality to each transaction. Very happy here with there seevice.

On August 31,2022 btwn 1:30pm to 2pm!Is USBANK UNDERSTAFFED. It seems like there is minimal AMT of staff to assist any customers. I was here to make a simple deposit but it felt like pulling teeth. The mgr asked do you want me to help you?I said not really but I may need you,too. He said,Do you want her to help you. I said I think it's going to be awhile so that's why I came over to you.He said, You can wait for her. Since that's who you go too. Oh he says so now you want to come to me. Well I went up to him becoz he seem to be only one available. At the time there were no other customers an he seem to be the only staff available.He doesn't seem like he wants to help anyone.Based on my experience I may seek to do business with other banks instead.

If you own a small company and need your money I suggest you avoid this bank at all cost they are holding a check for seven days after they told me it would be available tomorrow I explained I needed the money for operating expenses and they said by law they can hold it seven days so that's what they are going to do
