Out of the post offices in Berkeley/El Cerrito area this one is by far the worst. The hours don’t match up with that’s posted. I’ve entered several times to an empty building, I’ve called out to anyone, pressed a door bell button in the rear of the stoop near the PO Boxes, and no one responds.

The employees here were nice. Unfortunately, the USPS has lost my priority mail, and it seems it may take up to 60 days to process my attempt to find out what happened.

This is my favorite USPS now! I went there to get a package shipped out to New York. Margarita helped me get the most convenient option, she was patient and walked me through every step of the way. She answered all my questions and helped me out through the entire process. I have never got this level of high customer service... read full comment
