Did not like the fact that I was trying to make it to any of the 1/5 check cashing business to be open according to their days and hours shown on their website on Google maps app..

The staff person was very kind courteous and professional but my passport photos were horrific. The spot where they take photos is so dark I look like a raccoon. He showed me the photo (I'm a professional photographer), and I suggested to pop on the flash, he said no flash allowed. If this is the case then how about turning on the lights in the store? I should have gone to the Walgreens in San Pablo, my last passport photo there was brilliant. Don't get your passport photos here you will be sorry with the quality of your mugshot.

Don't come here to drop off your FedEx package unless you want to stand in line for 10 minutes and then be told that you can't. They are listed as a "print-free" FedEx drop off location but they don't have a printer to print your return label LOL. They can't do anything with a QR code so better print your label elsewhere. Store is kinda dirty but service seems attentive.

What's the best thing, some might say the only good thing about this Walgreens? The option to use the drive-thru for pharmacy so you don't have to actually go in this store. Good luck knowing their hours by phone call, etc. Not even security guard knew they had closed early on Friday, 3/31/2023.

This walgreens is understocked and the pharmacy has limited hours. When they are open they are lazy to help you with anything that is not just retrieving your meds.

This has got to be the worse Walgreens I've ever shopped in. Number one there's homeless people who hang out in front of the store constantly harassing shoppers when they enter & exit the store. Next the store employees are extremely unprofessional from the security who does nothing about the loitering but sit on their phone & the clerks who never ask for ID except for if you're black. I literally watched a guy in front of me get cigarettes without getting carded and as soon as I ask for the same thing the clerk refused to sell them to me because my ID was not with me even offering to show him my photo ID on my phone. I asked the woman in photography why was it that they never carded me before today when I'm a regular shopper and she lied & stated that they just began carding people on august 1 which was a complete lie as I visited the store after that date & was never asked to show ID. I literally am only asked for my birthday and that's that. I literally am over this store with their homeless problem, terrible inventory, ridiculously long lines, slow clerks & gruesome customer service. I will be calling corporate about this.

Just picked up my refills and the only pharmacist working this morning was a bit Rude and a bit Confusing. I hope she should read some books about ETIQUETTE.

Bought anti fungal cream from here. Used for a week and saw it was already expired. Call the pharmacy but they refused to exchange it.

I get it its covid and things are hard to manage for take out, drop off, curbside or drive thru. However this was my fourth time online re ordering for pick up in Walgreens today. I ordered a shampoo and an oil because the walgreens app said they had both of them available in a particular shop. But when I checked out and bought it, after a while they said it was out of stock and i had to re order from another store again. I ordered from another walgreen store but when i put the nearby location of another walgreens, I didn't realize it but they changed the location to a very different and far away from my address in their own. When i went for pick up, in the drive thru they didn't respond to me and totally ignored. Then i got a call from walgreens saying they were waiting for me but in a different address. I had already wasted hours in ordering and re ordering the items and I had to face a lot of complications while purchasing it in store too. They already pulled money out of my card before even i got the item and they sent me message saying "thank you for purchasing you have been charged" whereas i was still on my way to get the item. Idk how the shampoo is supposed to look like but I got a different one from what I ordered and the bottle was cracked a little; the shampoo is also opened and not completely filled up. Something is sus. Walgreens changed my default address after check out and they put the wrong order and customer service was pathetic!!

I purchased an action figure from Walgreens and the purchase shows up on my "Walgreens" app receipts. However, when I tried to return it at this location, they refused citing I have to return it to the exact store I purchased it at because they can't find the item in their system and don't know how to process a return from their own "Walgreens" app. Even the store manager didn't know how to process it or do a manual override. I went to the next closest Walgreens and they processed my return/refund because they were properly trained about the app. I recommend the district manager work on making sure all their stores have all their prices inputted and properly train their managers and staff on the Walgreens app.

Everyone wears a mask, sanitizer available for everyone. Pharmacy manager in El Cerrito exceptional in kindness and efficiency. Always helpful, knows how things work, clear and concise and I know she is smiling behind her mask. You can tell!!

I've come to this location a few times now for curbside pickup orders, and without fail, there are always lazy people who are parked in the curbside spots just so they don't have to walk the 10 extra steps to the store when parking in any of the other multitude of available spots. And even if you do happen to arrive at a time when one of the spots are available, noone in this store ever bothers to bring your order out to your car despite notifying them on the app that you've arrived. While everyone right now is touting curbside pickup and contactless options, this Walgreens will just ignore your order and still make you go inside to pickup regardless. I've sat in my car well-beyond the 5min wait time on two different occasions, and noone ever came out. Even after I called in to let them know that I was there. Also, forget about social distancing, because the store has blocked off one of the entrances so everyone entering and exiting all have to pass through the same door. There are also always some shady homeless characters hanging out in front of this store for whatever reason. And one time, my gf even witnessed some lady shove a bunch of cosmetic products into her purse, dash out the door past the security guard who did nothing to stop her, and take off in a car waiting outside. While some of the employees inside are friendly enough, this location reeks of mismanagement. I would highly suggest going a bit further out to another location for your shopping needs.

What is the world coming to when you can't even buy a mask at a store without being bullied I have not seen walgreens so aggressive with the way people/costumer's look at the stuff on the shelf,mr francisco first was very rude to my wife and told her how he thought she should look at what she wants and when I tried to buy a mask things got worst I will never forget the way we we're treated the guy mr francisco was dressed like a woman but was a man so he attack my woman I won't be back there
