I went to ampm today to get gas. I put $30 on pump 16 where the white bmw is yet the cashier put it on pump 15. There happened to be a car on 15 that pumped my gas into their car. When I realized my pump wasn't pumping I went inside to let them know. They made me wait 20 mins and got absolutely nothing accomplished. I left without getting my gas or $30 back. I spoke with the general manager on the phone and he said he would check the camera tomorrow to see if I said pump 15 or pump 16 and only then will he give me my money back if I indeed said pump 16. What a joke of a store. I will def be back in there to get my money back tomorrow but what a headache I have to go through due to their mistake.

This evening, Wednesday, the 7 pm my daughter goes to ampm gas station in El Dorado Hills to pump gas by mistake. She gives the cashier at a gas station a wrong pump, # and then she turns inside to ask the cashier to put the money on the pump that she was parked at, the cashierrefuse to fund the money, or change the pump i’m not gonna mention his name at the moment the corporate or the management they should pay attention to and what the employees are doing and how they’re treating the customers I spend a lot of money at this gas station every month and car wash and gas station steals $20 from 17 year old girl and makes fun of how she lost $20 that is a shame. Thats why people are doing what they’re doing nowadays robbing stores, and that is not right . I have always been a paying customer.

I tried to review this establishment when it first opened, and Yelp insisted it didn't exists haha, naturally I completely forgot about reviewing it despite frequenting the car wash. The prices are about average, what makes this location most worth the drive is the vacuums, they are free to use with the purchase of car wash. My daughters favorite thing used to be the old fashioned jerky. However their headquarters is in charge of the ordering and stopped sending it, none of the employees seem to know why and from the sounds of it many people were upset to see their favorite snack leave. We tried two other brands, neither where anywhere near as good. Lately I have been enjoying the seasonal flavored Fanta slurpees, in October the mystery flavor was candied apple that actually tasted like an Apple Sweetart- delicious. The flavor changed in December, but nothing noteworthy. This month the flavor is Blueberry Vanilla, that actually taste like Coconut Vanilla and is reminiscent of a mocktail, unless you let it melt, then it taste like blueberry candy.

They treat their employees like garbage. Was fired over nothing. They took away all my benefits and my hours just for attending online school. You're not treated with human rights here. They spy on you 24/7 and the managers are very weird and rude people here. Their car wash is always broken. Bad place

This ain't your typical cookie cutter Am Pm. The exterior building has beautiful tumbled stone columns. A far cry from the typical white painted plain standard Am Pm box. Anyways this gas station is about three years old and still has that clean sparkly look (inside and outside). It's on the corner of Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway in El Dorado Hills. The staff is awesome. I like to frequent this place to after taking in the Folsom Lake trails, which are accessible via the parking lot across the street. Besides the gas, they sell snacks, candy, beef jerky, cold case drinks, Freeze ( icees), smokes, tobacco, lotto tickets and scratchers...the typical convenience store knick knacks. Another awesome thing about this place is that they have a car wash. The wash is similar to the "Yellow Duck" franchise. The wash uses a track that grabs your left tires to move it along. There is an attendant to guide you onto the track, tell you to put your car in neutral and no brakes, and spray your cars bumpers. They offer single priced washes and memberships. The vacuums are free of use.

Extremely unprofessional and to be honest a RACIST employee you have working here. We live in Folsom and as a matter a fact for a very long time. This is so unbelievable the kind of racist pigs that still exist in this world. I stopped in with my husband at this AMPM store/Arco in EDH on 6/27/21 Sunday at around 6:20ish to show my husband the hats you have there. Your employee did not greet us the moment we walked in and we both noticed he was standing there right at the display case and pretty much asked with an attitude what we wanted. We explained we are looking at the hats. He was rude the whole time and looked at us like he didn't want to engage or help at all. I tried to avoid conflict knowing I've dealt with people like this before but not in Folsom. For a moment I thought in my mind "Am I in Cali"? I picked up on your southern/country accent very quickly once I asked kindly can I see one of the hats. Not to my surprise, that rude attitude along with your accent responded with a sarcastic "No, not out of the case"! Along with your racist scowl you added, I looked at you with disgust. Now let's be real, My skin is more fair tone than yours, but I truly believe since my husbands skin is not, that's where you lack professionalism and kindness. The appropriate reply to us should be, "I apologize but our hats cannot be taken out of the cases to show", or something to that nature. I see the other negative reviews on your AMPM store/Arco gas station and clearly understand why no one should trust this business establishment not even with their own money. You can keep your hats and they can stay collecting dust through the years just as your choice of lifestyle will be. Folsom/EDH will clean up some of the garbage that still exist behind knowing we should be living in a world where you treat people with respect. Watch yourself next time. I pity you but try that again with someone else who won't put up with it and you will get a serious life lesson learned in the most extreme sensitive way!

Good place to get gas, but very unfriendly staff inside. Don't bother asking the staff questions, they just walk away & don't answer. Not very friendly at all.

I have used this car wash frequently, but they've recently raised their best wash from $14 to $25. I'm sorry but it's just not worth $25 per wash with no added features, ie. like inside cleaning included. Additionally, I did just pay the $25 anyway to wash my truck and it is no where near fully clean. Not even as good as it was in the past. I will likely not be using this car wash anymore and will go to a more reasonable and higher quality place. Very sad!

Aaron is a absolute a******* We came in and nicely asked for stuff and he outright lied and said they didn't have when we could see it. Then we asked him why he was giving us such an attitude then he cursed us out on our way out of the store. Not to mention the idiot refused to wear a mask. He should be fired

am/pm is simply the best west coast gas station due to their low gas prices and HUGE variety of snack inside. They are the original to making oversized drinks and fountain drinks as far as the eye could see in the 80s. This particular am/pm was built in 2019 and has a beautiful river rock texture. It is kept immaculately and has quite a few gas pumps to keep the business humming. If anything to say negative, it's hard to access when driving westbound on Green Valley Rd since you can't turn left but can turn left at the Sophia Pkwy light and an immediate left through a tight passage across Sophia to the entrance.

This ARCO is my favorite ARCO around town. It has plenty of space and pumps for cars to move easily in and out of the gas station. *I really dislike gas stations that are super tight and you feel like you are just inching by the cars around you.* In addition to being a great location, this ARCO always has the lowest priced gas among the other ARCOs . I can always count on at least 20-30 cents less per gallon than the going rate around town. Furthermore, another great feature is their car wash. While at the pump, if you buy a car wash, it will save you another 10 cents per gallon. I usually am going to get a car wash anyways, therefore it's a nice little added bonus to get another 10 cents off. Adding onto to this, you can also buy a car wash membership and get unlimited car washes for 19.99 a month. Not a bad deal if you get car washes frequently. Also, after your car wash, there are free vacuums that you can use to clean out the inside of your car. This is a very nice feature to have. To conclude, this is the gas station to go to if you are in the area.
