Zero stars if I could!I have been a BofA customer for over 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been to several branches in the past and the visit to this location was disappointing. When we went inside the branch, there was no one to checkin or discuss what we needed to do.So we sat at the couches. Sukhbir is the only cashiers window at this branch. But she was chatting up and laughing with a person at the window who perhaps wasn't even a customer. There was another person waiting on the seats just as confused as we were. Then 2 more people came by. An employee came from inside and directly went to the people who came after us. When that person told them that myself and the other individual was there before them. She totally disregarded it as saying "someone will help them"I was like - do you even know what we are here for? & did you even ask us.Meanwhile Sukhbir was still chatting up with the person. Finally that person decided to leave. Meanwhile the person who was there before us got fed up and left too.So it was us who would be attended. But in a total power move Sukhbir and the other employee asked me to wait and attended to another customer saying they were here before me.The overall encounter was terrible and left a bad taste. I will be look at other BOfA branches around & if that doesn't work then sadly will need to change banks.

I don't know how it is with other branches, but this branch never answers their phone. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone there to answer any questions over the telephone. You need to make an appointment or walk in, but forget about trying to reach someone by phone.

We have been with BofA for close to 50 years... I had to deal with the Merrill Lynch (EDGE) side and will Never Never Never work with them again... You can not get a hold of anyone by phone, took just about an hour on 3 seperate occastions to get a hold of someone, just to get into an account that they had that was locked and wanted to send me a text to a house phone. they said they fixed it but i would beed to log out and clear my cash on the computer, i did it and no it was not fixed. called again, (1 more hour wait ) finally got in.. looked good till i tried to do something it would not let me ... had to call again it would not let me set up a call from them...same wait time, got it finally fixed... after all that i decided to move it to another investment company i deal with ... Merrill charged me 50 bucks to close the account that i could not do anything with... never will i deal with that side again and now i think my saving accounts will be transfered too.. i'm so done with them... I would not reccomend Merrill for anything... at least i can call my Fidelity and someone answers and if they are busy they will call me back the same day .. not wait time.. interesting how that works ... Merrill is a waste of time ...

I made a appointment to go in and speak with a banker. A hr before we left, the banker called me. She was wonderful! I left a detailed message as to "What I needed help with " She called, had done research and was able to fix the issue & help me out...so I didn't have to go in. I wish I could remember her name. She was 10+

Bank of America is awful. I tried to schedule an appointment on line at this location (Park Dr in El Dorado Hills) and the system said they were no longer accepting appointments at this location. So I went to the location to speak with a banker and I am told all of their appointments are booked for the day but they could schedule an appointment for me. Now I have wasted my time and a trip to see a banker because their computer system foul up. I have had it with them and am changing my plans. I am moving to a new bank with no fees, better customer service, and actual concern for their clients.

Compliments to Edwardt L., banker who assisted me and completed two transactions effortlessly. His professionalism and kindness were both appreciated and admired. There definitely seems to be a shortage of employees in the banking industry. I am glad Bank of America has employees like Edwardt L. Who go the extra mile.

We had an appointment with Maria at 2:30. We showed up on time and was informed that she was out sick and that we would be meeting with Cynthia who was with another client. We patiently waited for 30 minutes even after we told them we were on a tight schedule. We ended up having to leave because we couldn't wait any more. They should have called us to let us know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled instead of understaffing and making the consumer wait over 30 minutes. So unprofessional.

I've been a customer for 30 years. I got a small tax refund check from my closed business from the state of CA. It has my name as well as the old company name on it. I called the support phone and they said to go into the branch and deposit it person and it won't be a problem. I have 50x the amount of the check in my account. I don't want to cash it but just deposit it. At the branch I'm asked what I'm here for. They seemed concerned with my story and call over the branch manager. He seems annoyed and seems to think I'm pulling a scam. They never looked up my account but told me to go to another bank. I've only had maybe 3 issues in the last 30 years and every time Bank Of America has let me down. No credit given for years of loyalty. I remember they shut down my ATM card when I was visiting Disney Land In LA due to the fact that I tried to take out money 2 times over the weekend. They said it was to protect me even though I would not be responsible if it was someone stealing my money. They said I had to wait till Monday to get it sorted and I was SOL :) Time for a new bank...

I would give zero stars if you could. Absolutely the worst customer service at this branch. I use Bank of America for my business accounts and do much of my banking at other branches. I've never had any other issues at other branches only this El Dorado Hills location. Recently there was a large cash deposit made it just disappeared never showed up on my account. Luckily I had the deposit slip and they were able to reconcile it find the deposit and re-deposited into my account. Today the teller Lizza was her name was extremely rude to me when I question the way she was doing my deposit. I will never bank at this branch again also I'm considering leaving Bank of America and go somewhere else. I've been banking with them for over 20 years and it's not simple to just change all my business accounts. Bank of America corporate if you read these reviews ever you should strongly think about new management and some new employees at this location as I see I am not the only one star review left for this branch. End of rant

Wow! I can’t even understand how a bank branch could be so poorly managed. I certainly wouldn’t trust them with anything more complicated than an ATM withdrawal. As a business banking customer, I will avoid this branch at all costs. In addition to poor management, this bank also has terrible customer service. The only conclusion I can come to is that this is a leadership issue.

I use the B of A for my credit card services. It's easy to log in, check my balance and pay any portion of it that I want from my checking acct. at my other small town bank. I've been with B of A for quite some time now. I've closed all my other credit cards, especially Chase as I can't stand their underhanded business practices. The online banking service is first rate. As for any other service, I can't speak to that.

I'm stretching this to even give you a single star. I have been a customer for 57 years and your "service" has degraded to a point of intolerability. Other branches, particularly the Folsom Branch, have on the other hand, been very customer minded in their care and attitude with all aspects of our banking needs. So I know good customer service can be given. I got so frustrated last week with your attitudes I decided to close out my accounts and asked for my money from all three of them. The manager, said he wouldn't do that. He said I have to make an appointment to close out any account. That's very strange, since I thought the money was mine. Apparently I was wrong. There was a young lady, sorry I can't recall her name, however she was an "interim manager" for a couple of months and was VERY customer minded and extremely helpful. She since has been moved to another branch. Too bad, she was the only ray of sunlight in that branch for the past 5 years. I will make my "appointment" and find a customer centric climate at another financial institution. You finally went too far with your draconian attitudes BofA and forgot who keeps you in business. Or perhaps you forgot or maybe just don't care anymore.

It is nearly impossible to get ahold of a person at this bank. Very frustrating. If you are looking for customer service, this is NOT the bank!

Dear Bank Of America I can appreciate your desire to prevent me from waiting in a line unnecessarily. However, I, being a single female would rather NOT share with every customer in the bank that I intend to withdraw cash and will be walking alone in the parking lot.. Duh! Please prioritize the safety of your customers above your need to keep the line down..

I called to discuss an issue and no one picks up the phone and instead they tell you via automated message to go online to schedule an appointment horrible customer service. I don't think this is the fault of people who are at the bank but rather a poor policy set forth by Bank of america understaffing their locations; Because I had the same issue at the Palladio branch as well.
