CVS on Latrobe Road in El Dorado Hills is a very clean and comfortable store to be in. I have always encountered friendly and helpful people, whether it be in the Pharmacy department or in the general part of the store. When I use the pharmacy pick up counter, I am always greeted with a friendly face.

I love CVS as a store, but as a pharmacy they are way under staffed. I like all of the different selections that I'm given when I shop at CVS and I like using my discount coupons that I receive. But waiting in line at the pharmacy counter or drive up window is always a very long long wait, sometimes 30 minutes.

Gave me the wrong prescription. I will no longer ruse this pharmacy. They sent me home with the wrong Rx, they are not timely with filling prescriptions.

Picked up several prescriptions at the drive thru, always a quick and pleasant experience. Never had any issues. Thanks for your hard work!

2 stars at best.Inadequate at getting prescriptions filled on time. Wastes customers time by having to make calls, go to store etc. Wait times in drive through can be long.

My favorite drug store!!! It's convenient and I love the great discounts and coupons I receive! They have great customer service and I always find what I need.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!! Especially over a weekend. The pharmacist on the weekend is not very knowledgable and will refuse to find any way to help you. They will always have an issue filling prescriptions and I have to call them constantly to try and get a prescription filled. They consistently make mistakes on billing which holds up the filling of a prescription. My advice.... STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!
