I think I talked to Nicolas or nick. Very short tempered rude and ready to argue. His customer service is terrible and he should not be answering phones speaking to people who are 9/10 already struggling and now their personal belongs are held up, either careless or need to scrap up the funds quickly to get their car back.
I am very informed and understand the role this company plays in all of this so I am not going to tear them down for doing their job. But I have to say customer service wise at least on the phone will raise someone’s blood pressure. The way they take everything out the car immediately isn’t ideal. The rep said they have the right to do it at any time once they have the car. The reason I even called was to request that my things not be moved or handled at least within the first 24hrs because I have experienced their services before and I wasn’t happy about finding broken glass in one of my bags as well as not being able to locate smaller items. Also they shouldn’t have the ability to decide what’s trash and what’s not. If the car is emptied it should be done with the owner of those items be present as I have requested. Which was denied he said I don’t get to make those request. I asked him how do you guys prove nothing is stolen? He said how do you prove your things are even there? I will send you a claims email and you fill it out if you think something is wrong . I laughed and said sooo basically if someone took anything there’s no point in filling out the claim because there’s no prof?. He says look we’re going round and round in circles I already told you I will send a claims email email you fill it out and we will investigate. I said okay we getting somewhere just say “ miss once a claim is made we do investigate and then make a decision on your claim” I started laughing again and said your customer service is itty man you really need to work on it he said yeah ok and hung up.

***RESPONSE TO THE LIES FROM “THE OWNER” BELOW.
They had no right to tow my car, that why I didn’t have to pay to get my car back. No repos on my credit be serious. Several other reviews shows and proves people are going through cars when the car is in their possession. This guy is a slimeball. Again if these people ever touch my car again they will have much bigger issues. If anyone ever needs info for me for a class action or lawsuit please look me up.
They went through my car for practice because I’m not an idiot learned a long time ago not to leave any valuables in my car. These people better not ever touch my vehicle again. A joke of a business. I know this says Oakland but the have a business in Sacramento aswell north highlands to be exact where they dont have a listing so people cant tell you their experiences with this repo When my car got repossessed they left skid marks in front of my garage so they basically just dragged my car out damaging the front tires and possible suspension.. They also rummage inside my car I didn't get a 48 notice where to even get my belongings before they help themselves. So if I had any of cash value or cash it's gone. On top what you already owe for towing and lot fee which is almost 1000 alone honestly they have no business digging all through the car trying to pretend they are helping you get your belongings. When 1 they sat anything they deemed .value separate from the rest of the items .See the thing is you have a month to get your car out right so why are they digging through your vehicle separating what they feel may have value within the first 24 hours of towing.. For instance I had some jewelry in the car was it was place in an area totally separate from the rest of my things upon picking up. as if i was suppose to miss it. Basically caught them off gaurd they rummage through the entire car for valuables like cash which is a he said she said situation but you know damn well they took it. My car has never been touch or broken into .when i came for my stuff they also made a copy fob of my car and there probably put a GPS somewhere in it once I get my vehicle back I'm disabling all fobs and I'm putting my car in a locked garage. They can't get me at my job because you have to be an employee or emergency to get through the gate and my company respects their worker. .they got me at home. Anyway I'm basically stripping all GPS from vehicles and disabling key fobs and I'm reporting my vehicle damage. To the lender which I have physical evidence of. Company really mess me because I had to miss work which I work in another city and had to miss my child schedule medical appointment. . Not only the 1000 fee I have ro pay for their jacked up service they're also stolen from me or was about to steal. They look at as prove it if you can keep a camera in your car incase. . Watch out for them they love to creep at night when you're vulnerable. Times are getting hard so I had to miss some payments but i been paying on this car for almost 2 in the half years to be treated like this makes me want to move different . Because I jave to pay a few grand for the and fee and they inconvenience me so I'm going to make it difficult for them to even get my stuff like that again. It won't happen again and believe all the other reviews this many people can't be lying about having their personal property being ran through on their lot and people coming up with missing items. And if you get your car back best believe it ain't coming back the same way it was yanked out your location

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. Not only were they completely unprofessional, but they stole items from my vehicle while it was in their possession. When I went to retrieve my car, they had my stuff on the floor like some garbage. THAT IS PERSONAL PROPERTY!! $500 were missing from my wallet and the staff gave vague answers claiming that the driver took it and that they had no information on the driver, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? they made no effort to resolve the issue. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!

Unprofessional thieves! They stole a valuable and caused a key fob malfunction so now everytime someone leaves my car, I get a key fob left message that won’t go off etc. They then denied my claim after doing nothing. They lied, not knowing their tech was texting me by accident. Smh. They owe me $.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They damaged my car and outright lied to me about it. Saying it was preexisting damage, and that they sent pictures to my bank proving it. My bank does not have any pictures from them. And I have dashcam footage disproving their claim on how my vehicle was towed

I would put negative stars if I could. Items from my car were missing they told me to file a claim and I did just so they can deny my claim because all their employees are professionals and they talked to them personally.Most of my items were returned but someone went through my items and nothing was returned the way they were left in my car . Money and expensive headphones were taken. I asked for proof of recovery photos and they say they can't send them. Shady place and unprofessional and rude customer service

Nobody helpful works here. They’ll purposely hold your vehicle after you’ve been cleared by your lender and their corporate office by refusing to give you an appointment to pick it up. Assuming this is is to charge you storage fees. Should be illegal to hold my property because you can’t simply accommodate me retrieving it from your lot.

My car was being stored at 51 Oak Road in Benicia. They ransacked my vehicle and took dog, cat food, and crates from. I run an animal rescue, and that vehicle is used for rescue. I feel so violated. These people suck!!
They really need to be held accountable for stealing. Everything they do is a huge scam. Like holding your vehicle extra days to charge you more at the time of pick up. You are not allowed to pick up your car the same day. You must make an appointment, and if they don't have an available appointment, you have to pay for storage.

Horrible ! Refusing to release a vehicle or give any information the manager hung up on my and my wife gave no information… said they will not take a third party release form from the bank??? Two third parties filled out two!!!! Over 24 hours ago
