Needed a car asap and made reservations for pick up at 2pm. I was contacted shortly after and they explained that the car wouldn't be ready until 3:30. I called at 3:30 to be told they would call me when the car was ready. At around 4:30 I began repidetly calling with hope to get an answer. 4:50ish they answered and told me maybe tomorrow morning. They close at 5 and so do all the other rental car companies.$200 a night hotel reservations for that night 4hrs away wasted and missed my scheduled appointment.Absolutely horrible customer service. No concern for my situation completely caused by their incompetent staff. They did not do to anything to help get me in a car. For the past 24ish years I have spent 200 plus days a year traveling and this was the most blatant display of disrespect. This satelite office and it's employees are a joke and an embarrassment. I hope every single one of my 400 customers sees this review and knows what an epic failure Enterprise Rentals has become.

I reserved a car 3 months in advance. called to confirm 2 weeks before date needed. stated I only wanted a smaller car or sedan and I am allergic to cigarette smoke so wanted a vehicle that didn't smell like smoke. When the day arrived, they offered me a van. No sedans available. Jeff, who I made the reservation with was off all week & they said no notes about my request was in the computer. They called and located a sedan in Folsom and that I needed to wait 45 minutes. I had to request a ride home and have the car delivered to me. An hour later, I called as no one had called me or delivered the car. They said that car needed repairs and it would be 3 to 4 hours before they could deliver a car, I had no other vehicle. When it arrived after 3 and half hours they said I didn't need to return the tank filled since I waited so long. The tank had less than 1/4 tank.Also, I had the car for 2 weeks while I waited for the body shop to finish. AND THE CAR WREAKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Would cough every time I needed to drive somewhere. Terrible customer service.

Very easy to rent the vehicle. The car was brought to me. The agent quickly processed the agreement. When I dropped the vehicle off and picked up my car Calibrated collision took care of returning the car.

I was in need of immediate transportation. Sara was amazing, working alone that morning, she really hustled. She was quick, efficient, and did EVERYTHING necessary to get me on the road, chatting, smiling, and laughing the entire time. Sara deserves a promotion; she rocks. I just recently rented a car from the El Dorado Hill's Enterprise. While the service was great, I just received a bill for my bridge tolls, which I was expecting but was charged an additional fee of almost $10. This is crazy! I'm very disappointed as I would have had the bill sent to me and paid it online myself. This additional fee is ridiculous for a processing fee.

I just recently rented a car from here, while my vehicle was being serviced at Caliber Collision body shop. Brian the service manager was so amiable, professional , & very responsive to my needs. I really enjoyed his warm friendship. I would strongly recommend this Enterprise office to anyone needing a rental vehicle. no cars. at all. even when you've reserved one, they will call you saying that in 5 mins before you arrive to pick one.

We reserved a car on the Enterprise website on a Sunday night because my husband's car broke down. When we called on Monday morning, we were told that the car was not available. However, the manager offered us other options and made sure we actually got a better car so that I could get to a Monday morning medical appointment on time. The client service was excellent. Highly recommend.
